I am Ojibwe and do traditional beading on a handmade loom, I have never been able to figure out how to finish beaded pieces to be durable and wearable! In the past i just tied off the ends and sewed the beading to leather, tucking the ends underneath. but the end result was never elegant or sturdy. Thank you for sharing!! This is so helpful

If you don't tie the ends in, wouldn't they come out eventually?

I'm struggling with square stitch and I'm wondering about the durability of loom vs square stitch for smaller rectangle earrings and charms? Would we be able to make keychain or phone chain charms with the durability of square stitch or is it not recommended?

Love your videos. Do you have a supplier of clasps that sell to the public?

On the Rick's loom I only have two threads to end my piece and I use a button loop but if I'm using real small beads one stand is not strong enough to not break . Is there other ways to do this so it doesn't break

Whenever I weave the threads back through, it’s always too tight and messed up on the ends of my bracelets. To beads get too full and distorted.
