Abada showed his quality on dangerous crosses and his goal. Copetti was not offides and contributed to a more dangerous offense. Bernadesci was the most dangerous individual player on the field yet our defense found him on a poor clearance and he made us pay. Individuals of his quality help but Charlotte was the team they needed to be.

Celtic fan here. Ashamed of the way Liel was treated by some of our supporters. But, I am thrilled to see him enjoying his football, keeping well, and doing what he does best - shaking left backs out of their boots.
The lad should have had a brace - I still don't know what foul that useless referee was giving.

Red is claiming that one of our defenders was holding an opposing player during the play. That's why he waved it off. But watching this reel, I see nothing to substantiate that claim. Red was trying to help Toronto save face.

How was Prince O's first goal not offsides? 😳

It was close but when ball was kicked by bernadesci the defenders leg was back. The deflection off the defensive player isn't the moment that a player is marked off... (it is when the ball is played by the offensive player)

@@docequis9796 i think they were talking about the other goal, but both were super close. going frame by frame you can see they timed their runs perfectly to not be offside. i was definitely mad and thought they should have been disallowed at the game, but watching it back it was just two really well timed runs.

@@docequis9796 I understand. From the replay I paused the second the ball was delivered and I can't see a defender playing him onsides. There's gotta be a better angle I'm missing. 👍😳👍

Why I always have to explain to these new skool about the offside rules. O’s first goal he was onside the exact moment the ball leaves the passers foot. Not before or after but that exact moment when is teammate made the pass he was behind or inline with the last defender. Same with O’s second goal. That exact moment the ball leaves the passer’s foot he was behind or inline with those two defenders. It’s always that exact moment when the pass is made and the position of the striker that it’s considered behind or inline with the defenders “onside” however striker in front the defenders “offsides.” The confusion is that you’re thinking offside because of focusing on that exact moment the striker scores. It’s already too late.

@@123flexx123Ive been a football fan since the late 70's. I have a reasonable understanding of the offside rule. 👍😳👍

Owusu was offsides in both goals. He was well past the defenders during the play. Why the sideline man didn't raise the flag, is confusing. But, if people want to insist that his goals count, then Abada's first goal should've been allowed. Far as I'm concerned, Abada had a brace last night.

Charlotte had such a performance and i would like them to keep up the style of play but my only question is were are we getting theses refs. They missed up the hoal game.
