Unfortunately, it's more like Opening Day for baseball where all the parks are full to start off then it drastically changes depending on the quality of the club. Let's see what shows up 3-5 games into the season for Charlotte FC. Atlanta United are the sole exception for regular large crowds at NFL stadiums.

Is there a reason why Charlotte's crowd is so loud all the time? I've watched other MLS highlights and have been impressed at the atmospheres of many clubs but Charlotte regularly stands out.
I used to live in Charlotte think people in their 20s like me grew up playing soccer a lot over there, plus people drink a lot

Great early wing play from Charlotte. First game this season looked to be a draw, unfortunate that New York couldn't convert on the counter attacks. Looking forward to the rematch!!
Like last season, these two teams are not good enough for their fans to dream of anything. Not any individual spark or collective interest. Just a bunch a pieces put together with not much logic behind it. Still, Charlotte played better, deserved the win and brought a very awesome crowd to the Bank of America Stadium. Still think this two particular franchises need a new stadium asap (and NYCFC is finally getting one in 3 years), because both would develop such a better atmosphere on the stands. Imagine this amazing crowd in a smaller, soccer specific stadium.. The noise, the party vibes would be incredible to enjoy, and would create a real home effect on the guys playing!
