Currently my favourite bike as practically speaking 100-120 kmph is the safest cruising speeds on Indian highways. And even if we push this one it can go at 140 as well. That's the advantage of twin cylinder engine. But at that speeds you're gonna strain yourself and the bike as well and also gonna burn your pocket as well because of reduced mileage. A reliable twin cylinder engine making 40-50 horses is what my preference is and only the NX500 is the one to go with if you're okay with the price. For me it makes sense to invest 7 lakh on a bike. Few people argue that RE twins comes at 4L price which is almost 3L less than what Honda is offering us and I agree with it. But is RE's reliability comparable to Honda? That's debatable btw. Moden re's are reliable as well but no where close to Honda. Also the exhuast note is a typical parallel twin sweet sound which makes your soul happy ❤❤

What I feel is that there are some things in this world which can't be valued based on the price and NX500 is such kind of bike. I've seen people from other countries clocking more than 5L km which shows its reliability. This is the reason I'm gonna buy CB350 Hness. For me the biggest factor is reliability.
Guru will always be guru. Though some people will say that present day RE engines have improved a lot in terms of refinement & reliability but hondas engines are reliable & refined from the very starting they came into market
If you make the test drive NX 500 in the first place, I am sure the Himalayan 450 will be canceled, and I have seen some videos of those who canceled the Himalayan 450 after test-riding NX500. In the middle of ur video, I heard you are talking about Taklu man, is that person Bulu Pattnaik? He is also a moto vlogger. But I don't know who is the person you're talking hahaha. You have made a beautiful video. Keep it up.
Watched it for the views. Loved the roads, the sky and the barren mountains. Have no plans buying a bike, only if RE does come up with the second iteration of the SM650.
Bhai I don't think that's possible. May be reducing the seat cushion can be an option but you will be compromising on seat comfort. Please check with the Big wing showroom near you, if they have any solution for it
Good info.. You are lucky that you got your delivery. Have been waiting forever, tried everything with Honda. As per latest info they have stopped imports till October. But there is no official communication from Honda. Very disappointed with the way Honda is handling deliveries.
How is the seat comfort? Can we ride this bike continuously for 200 or 300 kms because I have Xpulse and after 50 kms I feel numbness in lower body. How is the gear shifting?
@@akhilchodha827 Bhai it's good. I have done many non stop rides from 800 kms to 1800kms and the seat does its job. The gear shifting is like makkan on Paratha , haven't seen anything so smooth. Do take a rest ride though. Hope this helps.
Bro from what i have heard Scrambler 400x, is that its a very capable motorcycle and Honda NX 500 feels substantial on the road and eats distance very comfortably. If you can( it is almost double the price) and if thats not a problem for you then you should go for NX500. All the best.
Unfortunately all deliveries have been stopped until October. This is pan-India so quite a few people have booked but will need to wait until end of year.😑

Honda takes every opportunity to disappoint its customers!! They don’t give a damn on Indian markets I feel . After Waiting for 2 months they informed me that I will get the bike next year since no deliveries until October… although reliable engine I doubt we will have any better experience from Honda itself for any issues or parts !
