Basic modifications like changing the exhaust and air filter are common among superbikes. I've done it for my previous bikes without issues. However, to answer your question, yes, the warranty will be voided if the engine seizes due to modifications. It's advisable to always use genuine filters like DNA or BMC.
There is no vibration at top speed; the ride is very stable. However, I do experience a buzz between 6,000-7,000 RPM in the mid-range, but there is no buzz or vibration at top speed.

there is a min. 6 months waiting period for this bike. i dint think Honda is serious in India with this bike at least.
