I wanted to visit Fort George when I stayed in Inverness. But went to Loch Ness, cruise and everything, so there was no time left.

Fort George is well worth a visit, it's been a few years since I've visited, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

Boulders were used but did absolutely nothing to help the bank. The posts were very expensive but they work 😊

That sea defence was redone 2 years ago and it wasn't done right waste of money and time.

It's a shame, but battling the elements is never easy. The large boulders seem to work better.
