The sound of those reactors overloading is straight up the single most stress-inducing sound in the entire Halo franchise.

This is what the inside of your PC looks like when you try to run anything with ray tracing enabled.
Seriously though: Thank you for uploading this.

I think this alarm sound effect gets reused in H2A on Cairo Station

I wish this was the way to destroy High Charity in halo 2 and then get in the ship in the middle of the city to escape, just lik CE on the maw (aka the PoA) there would be a timer displaying how much time until HC goes critical, and it would slowly show master Chief on the laser beam thing (the beam that charges the ship) and as it started to take off, explosions would erupt all over HC.
And then I guess we don't have to worry about the flood on HC anymore?

High charity architect 1: “Hey uh, is this still a good idea to design one of the reactor rooms like this where a single person could destroy the cores and cause a chain reaction to the rest and blow up the whole place?”
High charity architect 2: “The design is due by Friday. If you want to delay it and explain why to the prophets, be my guest.”
High charity architect 1: “…I mean I guess one poorly designed room isn’t the end of the world so.”
