From a bahia hawaiian Mahalo peace and love
that’s exactly why this year i wanna focus on pondering and learning from the Quran daily rather than finishing it all within a month this way i’ll keep reading it even after Ramadan and make it a daily habit InshaAllah
Ramadan is pagan feasting.
@@mohofpetra4956 Ramadan is commanded to us by The One True God, Allah. It has nothing to do with feasting as we fast from sunrise to sunset and when breaking the fast we should be mindful of our food only eating enough to feel satisfied. Islam is nothing like paganism and if you truly knew, you wouldn’t say such a thing but may peace be onto you nonetheless and may Allah guide you. Have a nice day.

Reading 5 pages after each of the 5 daily prayers
(25 pages daily)
should be enough to achieve Khat'mah (complete reading of the Qurran) in one month.
Let's say you didn't have enough time for 5 pages after Dhur and Asr prayers (missed 10 pages), you can reading them at the end of the day before going to sleep. *Please let's remind ourselves and each other Ramadan is a month of Worship, not social events, not watching TV* What we do is limit social life to a minimum, concentrate on our work/study, fasting, reading the Qurran and Taraweeh Prayers. Let's focus in this wonderful and important month to strengthen our Deen, 'recharge our souls', using this month to repent from our sins and improve ourselves. Ameen.

Guilty and agree with you. The beauty of Quran is in beautifully reciting and immersing in its meaning
The beauty of Qur'an is that there is no logic or sense in it so any idiot can easily read and understand.
Subhanallah From Ramadan to now on let’s all strive to memorise understand and ponder over the Quran as fully as possible till we meet Allah Azzawajal and remember only do this for Allah not others
Absolutely
*THE BEST DUA'A TO SEEK FORGIVENESS & GUARANTEED JANNAH* 💯💕 (Sayyid Ul Istigfaar)
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH*
Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening
*Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306*
The Dua'a
Meaning
“O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah SWT
2. Regret the sin we committed
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (saying this Dua'a)
4. Make a promise to Allah that you'll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
*Allah SWT promised that he will always accept our repentance not matter how much times we repeat as long as we are sincere with our repentance*
Spread this message with everyone and we'll get reward everytime someone practices, these even after we leave this world 🗺
I want to start learning the Quran again because what I was learning ,
at first I didn't understand anything or knew the importance of it but now that I have realise the important of Quran I want to start learning it again from my heart not mind

Ameen. Great message, brother.
100% agree with this. I believe it's better to take it slow and give yourself time to reflect and absorb what it is saying/teaching. I read one surah at a time, oftentimes twice
Beautiful advice jazak Allah khayr
If you watch 3 movies a day vs watching 1 in a day you will remember more of that one and you will vaugly remember the 3 this is why I sometimes feel reading 1 surah at a certain time makes it more special. Reading all at once you forgot the surah topic and some of its verses that stook out to you.
Good info just about to read it
Yes Sir. One must recollect and reflect on the scriptures.
Page 3 of the quran still sits with me. I always wondered why evil people never die and its explained in the quran in the 2nd chapter. Can't deny how divine this book is.
What verse is it
Thanks Brother,You made a great point.Right and exact,Auk!!🤝🏾👳🏾♂️
This is a GREAT MESSAGE.
It starts today. I'm gonna read it bits and pieces parts as well. I have to understand myself within myself too as well
Thank you brother.
jazakumAllahu khairan
Thats why you can read one juz at a time . Small segments during Ramadan . And reflect on each verse and reread each verse a few times this way your not rushing .
My Muslim brother bought me the Quran I will take you advice on my journey to hopefully become a Muslim I have started Ramadan for the first time and I have been doing good with little steps
Love this brother
Reading is better than not doing anything
I love this guy
It's true that reflection is important, however even the sahaba tried to do khatam quickly. Some of them did khatam several times during the night. Of course we are not at all at the sahabas level in imaan, but there is a virtue in competing for the ajr in doing khatam. Competing with one self. And you will get used to read a lot quickly which will make it easier to reflect too especially the more you read the more familiar you get with it and it's meaning
Very few people can recite and understand and even fewer people understand the true meaning of what they recite so what you say is very strange, the only way to understand the meaning is to read Tasfeer which you can’t do while reciting
All glory and praise is due to Allah!
Well said brother well said
this was my first time finishing the quran in my life i allhamdullilah did 95% of it with complete recitation and even thought there is a lot i dont remember it boosted my iman by so much and it was very emotional when i finished it i was so grateful allhumidillah
It’s only 16 hours long if you just listen to the Quran in the first two days you’ll finish listen understand read and implement inshallah
Read the Qur'aan with English translation and Tafseer (explanation and reasons for revelation of each verse and it's context). Don't just read it in Arabic without understanding the meaning especially if you are not a haafith and know the meaning and Tafseer.
Allah speaks to me and let me know understanding the Al Quran is better then merely reciting the entire book
i tried my best to read all of the quran in ramadan and i am proud to say u hit my all time record of finishing surat al baqara in under 2 days! it used to take me months

Asalamualaikum bruh the Quran is broke down into 30 juz there are markings in the Yusuf Ali version and I'm sure in most Qurans but if you read one juz a day you can complete Quran in 30 days Insha'Allah
AMEEN!!
Look I am looking forward to change my life. I read the Quran and read the same page over n over n still don't get it
I'm reading it aloud to my Muslim girlfriend but I find it difficult sometimes to not laugh at certain passages such as the ones about talking baby Jesus or Moses being trolled after forgetting his fish. I also find it difficult to absorb information when the style of the book is so fragmented with passages like "remember job?" And then one paragraph whereafter it moves on to something else. In the bible it's written chronologically but in the Quran it's just all over the place and chapters moved around for some reason. But reading it aloud certainly makes it easier if you wanna reflect on what is written, I guess that is also how you are supposed to read it since it comes from an oral tradition.
Wow brother your voice soo deep
I’m trying so hard but keep having to go back to understand it
I’m currently reading the Quran and have been wondering if I’m allowed to wright on it or highlight sentences that relate to me and help me understand
Mashallah❤
I am a revert your right...l am on the cave, but reflection is the best...a lot better the last year...a revert

Just read the intro to the Quran and it distinctly states that one should read it slowly and rhythmically. So that Allah’s word can be truly absorbed.
Okay that requires learning Arabic and Tafsir in order to get a basic understanding of quraan. This reflection is for the mind. Reciting the Quraan without the reflection is for the heart. Both are good. The translation quraan does not do the Quraan justice. It is better to read slow if it's for understanding. It also allows you to feel what you are reciting in your heart.
I want to read the Quran, I'm listening but I don't understand what is being said. Where can it be explained to me.
I'm not a Muslim, but I really want to find a Qur'an with the Arabic and English. The issue is, I can only find English translated ones. Anyone know where I can find a proper Qur'an? Or should I speak to the Imam in my city and ask for one?
Allahumabarak
This is right partially,
But we are supposed to read Qur'an as much as we can since each letter gets you 10good deeds which in ramzan is multiplied with 70.
But this doesn't apply when you are reading the translation of Qur'an. So to maximize your good deeds, read as much as you can.
It's good to read translation and design your life according to Qur'an. I would suggest to do this in rest of the months and Allah SWT knows the best.
Here’s what I suggest: read 4 pages of a Surah, everyday, if you wanna complete it in one day : read at least 20 pages of surahs, I would suggest starting with “the cow.” It has the longest, but if you don’t understand the words, you can listen to it( I think it counts if you listen )
And as for the one who recites with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have TWICE that reward.
So, how do I do better? I don't really get it.
And insyaallah, Allah will make it easy for us to read the Al-Qur'an.
You can try to understand the meaning of what you’re reading as well. For example, if you read a chapter, read the translation after as well
Read commentaries from scholars, apply what youre reading to your life
He’s right, I’ve been guilty of just zipping through one Juz with Sheikh Sudais on in the background to catch up. Sure it’s better than nothing but yeah, maybe better to take out time I guess
I have a question, what happened to the humans before the Quran?
There were other holy books that were the Torah and bible! But the unchanged Torah and bible, the original one that Allah made. ❤
Indeed, one should not read for the sake of reading. One should read for the sake of greater insight.
I want to reflect on the part where Mohammad has guests who won’t leave after his dinner party. Very important read!
Assalamualaikum I want to ask when I read the quran but I'm not to good I know that if I read it wrong am I got sin? Thank you
it hard for me because i have lot of health problem
Is it wrong if I got it in audio form?
ya Allah❤❤❤
Quite the contrary, during Ramadan one should strive to read as much as possible, as scholars of the past used to recite the entire Quran multiple times during the day, because there is barakah in it and a huge reward. There is plenty of time to ponder and study the Quran when Ramadan ends. I am not saying pondering and thinking is bad, but during Ramadan it is not the ideal option of worship in regards to the Quran.
But read it while understanding just like tarawerh
Read it and understand it
I can't disagree with anything brother Anghel said!!
read bro read, even if you dont understand what it means. the reward is there just for reading
Ameen
Can someone please guide me on how to understand The Quran? Any videos, translations? I am an English/Urdu speaker. Currently I have the english translation from Moulana Wahiuddin. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Jazakallah
Nah, keep reading the way you do, there is a great blessing in completing the Quran in Ramadan and even a juz a day for most of us is challenging so just keep what you do and set a little bit of time to read Tafsir everyday. There is no way I can ponder on a juz a day and finish the Quran especially when I don’t speak Arabic or have properly learn to understand it which takes years.
Read Quran in the tempo that you need to.
Which quran version should be read ?

Allhamdulillah for Islam💚
it's the time you put into it not how far you get in this certain amount of time
I have been curious to read this. I will not lie I have gotten far away from religion(Catholicism) but I am learning that most of the things I do, are part of Muslim traditions?
I don't like to serve myself a whole lot of food, nonetheless throw it away.
Always share the food that I have, even if I'm left with none.
I don't like to eat pork, I know how filthy they are.
I clean and dust my bed every night before bed and I shower, that's a must
My sadik(I think friend is what that means) said that Allah has given me hidaya when I told him i haven't smoked in about 3 weeks
I have been wanting to read the Quran too
Or I might just be over thinking 🤔
Idk how to read the Quran in Ramadan, I’m trying but I like it when it’s English

That's right kids just keep reading surah al kahf about zhulkarnain and think deeply about it, maybe even Google how zhulkarnain never really.existed
If somebody read the whole Quran and I ask them what it means and they don't know shame on them
Man realised he didn't finished
