I had someone ask me this on ig as well 😅 I might make a clip on it but basically you have to go slow and once you have cut through in the middle of the line you have to reposition the knife to saw up to the side of the door frame holding the knife level. It’s kind of hard to explain in words 😋
Also, i used to always cut once and always got a messed up edge. Now i know to cut more than once 👍

I get mine from Home Depot, it’s pink insulation foam board sold in 8’x4’ sheets.

Mf I made a figure out of foam, but that spongy foam which you can wrap in electrical tape to make what’s basically a stress toy
