The big choice for me is going through a company like Mango and Hone which is online treatment, or go to a local Low T clinic that’s across the street?
Disappointed with Hone. The lab work for Hone is based on in-home finger prick blood draw. Unreliable method. I found a local clinic that did blood draw and lab work while I waited. Your consultation and diagnosis and recommendation for treatment all done in one visit. Your ability to contact your clinic or just walk in and talk to them is worth a tremendous amount. The online clinics...no good.

Colour television lol. So harsh Sam!!! You are a bad man. Love the banter!!! My supply has become shy and with the new laws within the country on the other side of the world. I may have to come to a legitimate clinic like BMH! Also I have noticed that my usual 100mg isn’t doing what I usually see from that dose. Still the same multi vial so not a different product. I am sure it’s receptor down regulation as my bloods are as usual. But it could also be that my life has become so much busier after my recovery from my last job. Maybe a slight increase but I find that some time off is always good. However baring in mind physical and mental health from time off and shut down of the HPTA. The complexity of it all is a mind maze! Maybe some time off is due but also maybe HCG and Proviron could be the answer. Keep at it 💪💪💪

We can’t offer you medical advice but we can tell you that if the original assessment and diagnosis was low testosterone then correcting the low testosterone may resolve many of your issues and you don’t know until you try. The anti-depressants will not correct low testosterone levels in fact if they are ssri’s then they will make issues like libido worse. Find a new doctor who is willing to help you. If you are UK or EU based contact balancemyhormones.co.uk to discuss options and speak to one of our doctors and get a diagnosis and treatment if needed.
I'm 3 years into TRT. I'm 59. I've been on a consistent weight training program for four years, three days a week. I've built a very respectable physique, the best I've ever had, definitely falling into the bodybuilder category. I would not say I've become more aggressive because I've NEVER been that, but I'm certainly more assertive and less likely to back down. And I'm HORNY. Definitely horny. I swear I feel like I've been given back a few years. I have more energy and better focus and generally just feel like a more experienced young adult male.
Im so happy that you’ve had an improvement in your well being. TRT and physical activity including weight training is so important as we age. Well done 👍
I'm 59 and start TRT this week, Mt testosterone levels were 211 and my free testosterone was 0.2 they're starting me off slow at 25ml twice a week to start and see where I go from there. I'm hoping for the best because I've been feeling like shit for years
I'm only a month into treatment but my doctor has me on 75 mg per week and I feel nothing everyone seems to be taking more than this which makes me worry but I guess I'm just going to wait till I see blood work.
In some people if you are genetically predisposed to having hair in certain parts but your androgens were too low to activate it then you may grow hair when androgen levels are increased from TRT.
It’s really down to genetic luck whether TRT will accelerate your hair loss or not. There’s not a lot to offer and the dht blockers may be detrimental to your libido. It’s a very personal things when it comes to hair loss and how you approach this. There’s a psychological component as well for men to deal with. You have to weigh up the benefits of TRT and for many the benefits out weigh potential hair loss.
4mins in bloods show Testosterone at 21.3nmol/l but out of interest what were they before starting TRT? Would somebody expect to feel more after 6-8weeks coming from borderline BSSM guideline levels of 8-12 compared to say starting with under 4-5nmol?
Sooo I have a question. I'm on state healthcare at the moment. I went through 9 months of testing and they FINALLY found the issue. I have a pituitary adenoma that's blocking my LH and so my total test was between 36 and 101 for the 9 months. Got sleep apnea treated and my Doctor put me on Testosterone Gel 12.5mg per pump, I do 4 pumps every morning. I'm at the 6 week mark and my Doctor wants bloodwork. He told me "we keep your Total Test between 400-600" and... that's bullshit lol It should go by how I feel... which is amazing compared to what I was 6 weeks ago. Long story short, I have to get bloodwork and REALLY don't want my doctor to cut down what I'm on. I'm afraid it will be TOO HIGH and he'll lower my dose. What do I do? I want to know what my Total Test ACTUALLY IS right now... but I don't want it cut... HELP!! 😂
There are private testing options that are patient centric and can be ordered directly by the patient. In the USA your can try discountedlabs.com or in the UK, Ireland, and Spain you can order a test from balancemyhormones.co.uk
Your testosterone levels will rise and fall with your injection protocol. The levels will be highest around the peak, shortly after you inject or apply creams, and then at the lowest point right before your next injection or application of cream.
If I am at 226 total testosterone at the start of TRT ,does the amount injected determine the resulting increase to say 900 or is it time plus a dosage size consistently taken that causes the rise to 900 ?
I’m a 66y/o white male.Started on 100 mg cyp once a week. I’m starting to do 50 mgs twice a week now. To avoid any peaks. It is really increasing my mood, sleep, and a little muscle growth with each workout. A 45 year old male only produces about 50 mg of test weekly. So I think that twice the normal production of test would be enough for me.
I’m on 100 mg a week and did absolutely no for me for the last 4 weeks!!!! My doctor says I assimilate it very well on test cypionate but I wonder if I can start moving on to bigger and better things like Npp or sust 250?? Cypionate takes a really longtime for me! Even test e it probably highly under dosed what should I do???
I’m not sure why prescription test r would be under dosed. If you mean your doctor is prescribing a lower dose than you require for your symptoms then that would be different. Is the dose split as 50mg twice per week? 100mg weekly May or May not be enough but 4 weeks in is still early days. Give it time and look at the trough levels that’s the level on the day you inject before you inject. If that is in the upper end of the range it may tell you if your getting enough though symptoms play a part as well but usually the further into treatment. Early days of treatment need some time for improvements.
@@balancemyhormones I was originally doing 200 mg every 3 weeks stil didn’t do a single thing for me My strength was still terrible I have even been doing this since March now he lowered it bc he said I had too much test lol like over 1500 which if that was the case my bench would be around 300 I can’t even do 225 for one rep so go figure lmk ! It’s heavy under dosed no more patients now going to get the real deal this is bullshit !!!
Around week 4-6 you'll start to notice a difference. At 3 weeks I was like damn I'm not feeling any different and then literally over a course 2 days in the latter part of my 4th week...bam. Noticed a change almost over night. I'm going on my 5th week now. Feeling better and better on a daily basis so far. Stick with it bro. I'm doing 50 mg every other day and I find that is a perfect dosing as your levels don't fluctuate very much yet you're getting a relatively larger dose than doing daily micro dosing. This equates to roughly 175 mg per week. 150 one week followed by 200 the next.
@David Muenchow umm that's 200 per week bro. 50 mg Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat = 200 mg. The next week is 50 mg Mon, Wed, Fri = 150 mg. So, what are you talking about? If you're getting 200 mg per week then you can do the same thing and it'll actually last you 2 weeks longer than doing straight up 200 mg per week. Think you may have jumped to a conclusion without doing the math lol. It's OK I'm guilty of doing that quite often
@David Muenchow it's much better than doing 100 mg every 5 days or 200 mg once per week. After 8 weeks I'll probably drop the dose to 25 mg/day and do daily injections.
@@baddgoat85 Okay so I took my first dose of 125 of a 250 sustanon yesterday and already feel better when it comes to exercise (probably placebo) so I might notice a dip in how I feel around 6 weeks in when my testes shut off? In that case do I increase the dose or dose frequency
Listening to you guys, it doesn't seems to me, that TRT fixes brain fog. Looks hard to even make one sentence without stalling a couple of times. Lol!! Still, great content. Thx
Dont take trt. That’s the easy way out. Unless you want to depend on big pharma for the rest of your life. (Trt being a $2 billion dollar industry) Instead focus on diet sleep exercise. Get your blood work done and find out what micronutrient you may be deficient in.
Addressing health through diet, sleep, and exercise is crucial. It's wise to explore micronutrient deficiencies. However, for some, TRT might be a valid option under proper medical guidance. Always consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best approach for your individual needs. 🌱💤💪👨⚕️

Weight gain and water weight!! Sore nipple with a lump.
@@jeremylavergne5513 Ouch!!!
I also am achy and insomnia has kicked in - week 6
Yelp last couple nights insomnia as well. This was my first week to split my doses into 2 shots. One Monday and one Thursday. Hope that helps me. If not my dr. Has prescribed an AI.
How are things now?
Sounds like your taking too much.
I need TRT but everybody I see on it is bald. Unfortunately I don't have the right head shape to be bald. I have a cone head
Yeah that also freaks me out a bit. I’m six weeks in and I’ve got a full head of hair
@@danielhendrix8397 Dude, let me know how it goes down the line please?
@@nostarsintheperimeter take a look at Jay Campbells book Testosterone Optimization. Looks like he’s the leading expert. From all the research I’ve found, it looks like the injections will only speed up hair loss if you were already going to lose it. So it’s a DNA thing

42 with a level of 196. Been prescribed 400mg cypionate a week. I seem to be able to handle the lack of mental energy by just forcing myself to do stuff, but on the physical level it just doesn't work like that. You just end up too tired.
As a gym goer for 12 years, I'm looking forward to not taking 4-5 days to get over a workout and being able to lose fat without losing everything at the same time. Is this a realistic expectation? I'm hoping so
The big choice for me is going through a company like Mango and Hone which is online treatment, or go to a local Low T clinic that’s across the street?
Both options have their pros and cons, so weigh them carefully before making a decision.
Disappointed with Hone. The lab work for Hone is based on in-home finger prick blood draw. Unreliable method.
I found a local clinic that did blood draw and lab work while I waited. Your consultation and diagnosis and recommendation for
treatment all done in one visit. Your ability to contact your clinic or just walk in and talk to them is worth a tremendous amount.
The online clinics...no good.
I had some aggressive spells myself to begin with when I started the process of my journey on TRT
THere is an adjustment phase when starting TRT.
Did you really need the testosterone? Or were your levels fine prior…….
Testosterone should not cause any issues even at 700mg or more. Trenbolone on the other hand is brutal
Im 210lbs and fit ad hell so didnt notice the effects as i eat well 4000cals a day. But the hot flushes and slow beatd growth was enough for me to get tested and sure enough ,low result. I start today if bloody postman turns up. Maybe if he went on it my post would be early
I'm 3 weeks in treatment , on 125mg per week once weekly ,
Question is I feel hot in my chest area , no itchiness or lumps , I have a AI on hand , but is this just me settling in to trt ?
Thanks Guys!
Very informative, cheers.
Glad it was helpful!

I am 32 years old and for the last 1 year my testosterone level is 1-3 nano gram/ milligram and I am very mentally and physically disturbed. The doctor told me to undergo TRT 6 months ago and at that time I thought that I should recover naturally by some other means but I could not do so and when I went to the doctor now, he refused to do TRT therapy and sent me home by giving me anti depression tablets. Please tell me what should I do now? Please help me
We can’t offer you medical advice but we can tell you that if the original assessment and diagnosis was low testosterone then correcting the low testosterone may resolve many of your issues and you don’t know until you try.
It's important to trust your doctor's guidance and give the treatment time to show its effects. Stay positive!
it will help to grow facial and body hair?
In some people if you are genetically predisposed to having hair in certain parts but your androgens were too low to activate it then you may grow hair when androgen levels are increased from TRT.
How do you stop your hair from falling out?
It’s really down to genetic luck whether TRT will accelerate your hair loss or not. There’s not a lot to offer and the dht blockers may be detrimental to your libido. It’s a very personal things when it comes to hair loss and how you approach this. There’s a psychological component as well for men to deal with. You have to weigh up the benefits of TRT and for many the benefits out weigh potential hair loss.
@@balancemyhormones amazing reply , thank you 🙏
4mins in bloods show Testosterone at 21.3nmol/l but out of interest what were they before starting TRT?
Is it normal to put on weight but feel good after first week of trt.i'm also eating healthy and training weights
It's common to experience weight fluctuations when starting TRT, focus on how you feel overall!
After 6 weeks will your testosterone levels still go up over the next few months?
Thank you
You're welcome
@@balancemyhormones I was originally doing 200 mg every 3 weeks stil didn’t do a single thing for me

I’m on week one
@David Muenchow IM with an insulin syringe. Don't think there's no reason not to do IM. I know gonadorelin is sub q
Thx
Thanks for the compliment as you should have seen us before we were a real train wreck before TRT.
Maybe they're just more stoic... Talking 1000mph isn't necessarily a good thing🤔🙄
Dont take trt. That’s the easy way out. Unless you want to depend on big pharma for the rest of your life. (Trt being a $2 billion dollar industry)
Instead focus on diet sleep exercise.
You can say that. Because you are not in their shoes.
