My gym with rope climbing and bouldering combined equal half the first upstairs area and theirs always at least 30 people trying to climb there

This place is amazing!! How often do y'all set new routes with all those different areas?
I go there bouldering atleast 4-5 times a week, and from what i've noticed they change problems all the time but on different sections so theres almost always something new, and always something older. they don't change everything at the same time but it's a good flow of problems. you should visit if you're ever in stockholm.
the place has a good vibe, nice music (props to who ever is in charge of that) and really good coffee!

My local gym in California is much, much smaller but they change up the problems a lot so it's not always the exact same thing. When I visit my relatives in sweden I'll have to see hard it would be for them to take me here. They are in Brålanda.
My Aunt works in Stockholm, though.

Insane gym! Europe does it best! Here in NYC we've got a pretty nice relatively new gym called The Cliffs, but even that can't compare, especially with your amazing bouldering sections. Plus, you guys have a cafe, which I assume has beer on tap... that seals the deal.
i go there and train every thursday, and man. It's amazing.

Im new to climbing and i have been reading up on injury prevention (mostly fingers). I was just wondering, do you tape to prevent injury? or do you only tape when you can feel the finger get sore to prevent further damage? Love the channel! :)

Ooooh! You should do a video on basic crack climbing techniques. Even if you only face climb (like me), finding a good hand jam can be a bomber rest position. Always good to know a little climbing trickery ;D

We dont Pratctice lead that much tbh ^^ but we are getting psyched to try it :D

In theory it should be blue:4+
how do you know the ropes are safe?
If you fall and the rope catches you, it's safe.
And they can carry(the rope) 1000kg so a small car can climb there 😁
