I don’t get it. There’s not a single new gameplay feature added in this remastered version except for the visuals, that also is minor. What was the need for this remaster? The original game was fine as it is.

The remaster allows the use of hotkeys, which the original was criticised a lot for not doing. So that's a pretty big thing. Plus it makes the game easier to run on modern displays/systems. But yes I agree, remastering the commandos games is just a needless cashgrab. I think the 'remastered' visuals are a downgrade; they look incongruous and add nothing to the game apart from the fact that they're 'new', but in fact they're still not even that good.

I played commandos men of courage ages ago then we got all the games and i played all of them took me a year to finish them...i was 11

Still better Command & Conquer Generals, Zero Hour, Kanes Warth, Tiberium War, 3 Uprising. Include their mod: Rise of The Reds, Crazy Mod ect.
