These are so pretty each in their own way,,,and I owe you Daniel,Tracey and Wendy so much you all gave me the courage to start my own channel so ty from the bottom of my heart
I used to bleach my jeans lol, I used to rock denim on denim. Love this video and experiment. You make me want to get out my Resin and Jesmonite again. Voice over Claire is fun 😍
Ohhh Sharon haaa I have been known to bleach Jean's back in the 90's denim on denim ROCKED !!! haaaa and it WILL COME BACK ! haaaaaaaa xxx Oh I cannot wait for you to get back to Resin and Jes ❤❤❤❤
I love how you find out things as you go, like we all do. Thanks for showing everything xxx🥰 wow, love the squishy leaf one, and the splashy ones. "Please use your craft blade responsibly" 😁🤣🤣 💙
Your videos are so very inspiring. Love your energy and creativity. I don't use Jesmonite (yet), I currently use plaster, air dry clays, and uv resin and the results are usually goodly. I've really been inspired to try using botanical things in my projects. Love the heart with the most jesmonite in it and the circle with the two stripes in it. Thanks for posting videos of what you love to do with your art.💙
I really enjoy watching the different creative things you do with the jesmonite and resin. Combining the two is something I was wondering about ever since I started watching you work with the jesmonite. My favorites are the one with the for in the middle. It's simple and elegant looking to me. It looks like very high end jewelry! You couldn't have planned it better! Second one would be the one with the two stripes. Again, such an elegant piece. I do like the heart with the white on the top right. I don't know why, there's just something about it that appeals to me in a fun way. I do have to tell you though that the happy little green botanical one is my absolute favorite piece of all! You are so awesome to watch and the excitement in your voice over makes me smile the whole way through the video. Thank you for all your experiments, tips, and creative ideas. You are a blessing! ❤️
heyyyyyy lovely thank you so much that means everything xx I am so glad you like the Hearts they are growing on me lol and yes the Botanical one honestly stole half the show haaaaa I want to do more Botanical now x
I’m just came across your channel. I’m so glad I did. You are too much! A riot. Love your personality & your crafty content. Safety first always use safety gloves, masks, goggles, etc. And yes I love the simplicity 2 lines mold. Stay blessed! 💙
thank you Doug .. I did the break test .. and there is absolutely NO way on this Earth I could separate them .. maybe if I ran over them with my car on a field of gravel ... but other than that ... they are SOLID SOLID ! great news x
These look so pretty and they look even prettier all grouped together. I feel like your need to have a little tree to decorate with them.! The colour blue is just gorgeous! Love the splashy one!
Chips sorry I missed your prem 🙈 had to go shopping after work but all I can say is WOOOOWWW !!!!!!!! Another stonking and informative video !!! I like the heart with the jesmonite at the bottom left xx
💙... the abstract ones are GORGEOUS *love denim jeans*! If you're ever feeling adventurous, try spider gel on resin. It makes cool abstract thin lines. I'm so obsessed with your channel!! 💙
heyyyyyy Alicia ... I am sooooo behind on comments so sorry xx Ohhhhh Spider gel I have not heard of thanks so much I will check it out xx so happy you like my channel it really does mean a lot
The hearts have a Yin and Yang vibe. I like that. Try filling half the mold with jesmonite and when has set up some created texture on the open side. Maybe that would control seeping.
Love these! Great color scheme, shapes, etc. I like the circle with the 80's stripes and the 2 wavy stripes. I would love to see these with the resin allowed to fully go under the Jesmonite pieces, so there would be a side with J showing through the resin & a side with no resin flowing over the J. They could look pretty cool with different color combos. I always watch to the end. Love your channel & your work. Happy Creating!!! 💙💙
I LOVE your videos ❤! You're creativity is phenomenal!! Just an FYI, I've used jesmonite with resin and I sealed broken jesmonite free edge with UV resin then I poured my epoxy resin. I got no seepage 🎉!! Thank you for sharing your AMAZING projects 😍!!
Hiya Claire all of these are very pretty, my favourites are the botanical one and those splashy line ones, out of the two of those I like the one with loads of splashy lines. tfs Jax 🥰x💙
I just loooove the 2 splashy ones and the botanical one 😍😍😍 they are Ll great, but these are my favorites 😊 and I just love the way how we all describe colours like white white and Black Black 😂😂😂
Well… I know it’s two years later now… and yes, I’m watching it again (not just for the 2nd time either!)!! I had a thought while watching this time… and, of course, this may already have been done but, this is my thought… Once you remove the jesmonite disc and break them… could you not put a bit of wet jesmonite on the broken piece, then place them back in the mould, and allow it to cure, then pour the resin?? So, basically sticking the jesmonite piece back in… and it will then be adhered to the mould and the resin shouldn’t seep under. I don’t know if I’m making any sense at all, explaining it… it seems so simple in my head!?! Please let me know if you know what I’m trying to say! Much love from Brisbane, Australia. ♥️♥️🇦🇺
Does the Jesmonite have a hard solid texture when cured or does it have a softer chalky texture when cured. To me it looks like the white area will just deteriorate and crumble away during normal bumping into the keys or whatever you put the keychain with. This is my Blue heart you asked for 💙 ! 😆 🤣 😂
Sorry I had to drop off the live - one of the cats was sick straight back into the cat bowl. At least it was contained.... lol! These are so beautiful. It will be really interesting to see if you can snap them apart once fully cured
Just found your channel and I absolutely love it. I am new to jesmonite but so excited to try it and your videos are filling me with so much inspiration. 💙 Did they snap in the end or where they ok once fully cured?
I like them all ... however I am wondering if sand would stick to the Jasmonite? For me, some of them would be more attractive if the Jasmonite resembled a sandy beach, the blue of course as water. I like that you see snow and I see a beach. So many possibilities.
Super sleek and arty! I agree with your fav one and also loved the side project botanical one - fully expecting you’ll be doing more of those XD love the combination of matte and glossy, interested to know what happens if you try to break them 💙

Hi again Claire… I was so looking forward to this video and you certainly didn’t disappointed!! I’m so sorry if I dribble on but I have an opinion on almost every one of the pieces!! LOL I love these key rings/pendants Claire, they turned out beautifully. The circle with the round spot looks more like a Smurf (with a BIG nose) to me! The more random mix of jesmonite & resin in the hearts are lovely… I don’t know why you don’t like them? And I just adore the snowy mountain one! I’m wondering if the reason you got some seepage in a couple of them was due to the jesmonite shrinking slightly as it dried?? As you said they still had moisture in them when you poured the resin, so could it be, that they pulled up, ever so slightly, as the moisture left? (If that makes any sense at all??!) ♥️♥️
heyyyy Natalie .. thank you so much !! ohhhh yes that makes total sense Jesmonite does shrink and so does Resin so that could totally explain the seepage on that one .. The Hearts are growing on me honestly .. at first I was a little MEH about them x lol and yes it all makes absolute sense xxx thank yooooooo
Ooo love the mountain one (and the botanical!) 💙 I have heard of some resin artists pouring jesmonite and resin at the same time in the same piece, so both are wet and I'm really intrigued as I only use resin (at the moment!) but as you are saying jesmonite is water based so I can't believe it can work. One drip of water is enough to destroy a piece so I wondered have you tried it? Thank you as always for sharing your experiments and methods with us 🤗 xx
heyyyyyy lovely ... thank you so much xx I have tried it ... that video will be out on Saturday .. I was terrified ! but it worked a dream .. definitely some things to consider when doing it .. so I learned a few things x x Saturday 6pm I will share it all x
Crap, I didn't know you were live. Oh well, hopefully I'll catch it next time. These are fabulous!!! I agree with all your critiques (as if you were waiting for my opinion)! I do like the hearts, but not as much. The one heart with the jesmonite around the hole is pretty cool. Great job! Have you checked to see if the resin is going to break away from the jesmonite yet? What if you do a top coat of resin over the entire piece (if it breaks). 💙
heyyyy lovely omg I did the break test and absolutely no way these are coming apart ... ever !!! lol they would need to be dropped from the 17th story of a tower lol even then .. they would probably bounce haaaaaaa
Hey Sherry yes these stayed together because resin sticks to Jesmonite .... Jesmonite does not stick to resin. The pots separated in the place when I added Jesmonite to cured resin. They just won't stick. Xxx
