      Wrong. Everything has changed. Don't just get on the phone to get on the phone. NO. Proper mindset. Proper thought process. Proper goals. Proper planning. Defined goals. Defined purposes. All these make a huge difference. Sorry that you missed THE MAIN POINT. Typical of the uneducated. No critical active listening skills. Plus low regard for learning. Sad.
