"Wolfsburg left to wonder what might have been, what nearly was, what would have been, were it not for one brilliant Portuguese." Peter Drury after Real Madrid completed comback on Wolfsburg in 2016 UCL QF, on 2nd leg. Just brilliant piece of commentary.
An example of Peter Drury commentary: Start of the game: "Liverpool revengeful city remorseless each in their term bringers of rapture and thrill. The two most prolific sources of dash and dare. Football that feeds the soul and hurries the heart. And all femented within the incomparable red hot Anfield crucible." End of the game: " Manchester city lose! That might be your headline but there are so many more. At the end of the most pulsating football match full of the most glorious goals. Full of drama and trauma full of football on the edge. Football that made you're heart race"
