Somebody already mentioned that's an Uplink, not a Servo, but also good to know that all MVP/Axiom/Streamline discs have the mold name embossed on the rim. (It's on the overmold for Axiom/MVP because some of the discs share a core, so the overmold defines which of the molds it finally becomes.)
I agree with you on the Heat being touchy, but since I figured out to throw it on hyzer and let it stand up and slightly drift right just feels so good. Also the cicada has all but pushed the undertaker out of my bag, though I don’t know if I could ever take them all out.
Thanks for keeping your love for the Keystone. I love putting with the Keystone. The Opto and Opto-X keystones are great for a neutral to understable throwing putter. I wish it would get a run in Gold-line plastic.
I use a fission crave for my understable 6/7 speed. It didn't take very long for it to flip consistenty and it somehow keeps getting better. I dont throw far but I feel confident pushing it up to 375-400ft in most conditions.
If you're toying with an understable fairway/CD like the Hear and F7, I recommend trying the DGA Vortex and the MVP Signal. I personally bag the Vortex and find it to be a momey disc. It's really easy to flip but it can hold without bruning over.
I recently found an orphaned champion firebird and went to throw it right after my anax and it followed the exact same line I always hit. If you’re familiar with the firebird it should do the same things. If you’ve thrown an invictus, it’s slightly flippier
Zones just don't work in my hands so I use the tempo ... Only available via OTB specials right now ... And over stable putter thrower the P3x particularly the iron stone version.... For Flippy in place of the stag try the peace train
Great to see you putting a bag together from all the ones you have tried. The Diamond/Grace/Rive are definitely ones I could see you putting back in if you haven't quite found a disc for the slot that any of those fill
Love the Zone on forehand approach and drives on shorter holes. Only like the zone on backhands in softer plastics. The jawbreaker beats in amazing and can be really straight with a good fade. Keep it up man 💪🏼
Awesome video. It's definitely important to remember that Trilogy do make some discs that are legitimately some of the best molds for that slot. Fellon, Justice, Grace, Rive, ect.
@@MegaLaban12345 Did I say the best? Read my comment again. But in saying that, in my opinion, the Fellon and Sexton Firebird is the best mold for that slot.
for me i used to think some discs cant do this or that or felt good or bad in the hand and then recently ive got a new grip that gets my nose angle down and the discs come out super clean and all discs seem very comfortable now.. i think finding your perfect grip is key..
Great video, recently put the justice in my bag and love it!! at minute 6 in the video you have an overlay that lists your discraft Z flx tour series cicada as an MVP z flx Crave. just a heads up nothing crazy
Possible zone alternative: proton soft tempo I’d love to see you throw a glow praxis from thoughtspace!! I think you’d like it. Probably similar to your old moonshine maiden!
Having thrown both, I cant believe your seeing too much difference between the Svea and the MD1 in flight. When you described the Svea I thought you were describing my MD1. I guess it has just a smidge more stability but not much, I mean my MD1 is beat in to a hyzer flip now, my freshy just flies on the line
Really enjoying the content. The lighterweight fission craves and the glow craves are really fun to throw. Also love the svea dude absolutely amazing disc! Sweet in the bag. Something interesting I heard is that Axiom/MVP discs throw about 5 to 10 grams heavier than they actually weigh. Does anyone know if thats correct?
I heard that about the fission plastic, specifically, which I think was a comparison to their other premium plastics. Unfortunately, I am not the person to confirm that either way
Molt, it looks like you're having a great time branching out into other brands which has been very fun to watch. I believe that understable MVP mid is an Uplink. It would say on the bottom side of the rim. As others have been saying in these recent videos, you should try an Axiom Proxy in premium plastic if you like that Big Z Luna. IMO it's the best straight throwing putter on the market and is very consistent between the premium plastics it is available in compared to Lunas, which have a pretty big range.
Surprised that you see the Raptor more stable than the Felon. What would be the cause; since the Felon has a rim width of 2.0 and the Raptor has a Rim Depth of 1.9. Could it be the type of plastic? Could it be the placement of parting line? Could it be that the discs are of different weight? Could it be the sharpness/Rim configuration of the disc? Could it be that the Raptor is 21.3 in diameter and the Felon is 21.2 in diameter. I’m thinking it’s probably mostly caused by a higher parting line and/or the difference in plastics.
These mixed ITBs are just so interesting. Kinda looks like it's a Discraft bag with some twists. The thing that is a bit weird / surprising to me is that none of the trilogy stuff made the bag. Like after years of throwing them and getting to know the molds, none of them ended up being as good as a completely new random mold. Especially the Stag omission was kind of a shock. No Innova was another surprise.
The justice and the Keystones made the bag. And then I mentioned toward the end that a Beat in Felon might also make the bag. And my favorite stags that I was throwing I lost so I'm not going to take the time to beat one in again like I used to, but I may put one in.
Also some of the fun for non top level pros is just having fun and throwing new discs. Even if the DD discs are good, it's boring to keep throwing them and way more fun to throw new stuff.
I did not see this discraft love coming. Kinda funny. I prefer trilogy over discraft most of the time (the zone isn’t leaving my bag anytime soon, though)
A lot of it is becuase I just got some super sick Discract stuff recently so I have been throwing it a lot more. At the end I mentioned maybe dropping the anax, athena, heat and a few others. I imagine there will be a few other molds as I try more out. There are some more axiom discs that I am really looking forward to trying that might make it
I made this one when I switched to open bag. The old one was lost in the RUclips Algorythm and this one is already getting more views than that one was at 100k+ subs
I'll De-Sub if you call the Zone a putter😅. Sure there is some knucklehead out there that putts with it, just like Chandler Kramer putted with a Slammer for years, they are both approach discs. Approach should be its own category
HAHA That disc will always be in my bag for certain courses. I started rarely throwing it because I got better at staying in the fairway. It was my scramble disc
It felt a little too stable for me. I honestly need to go out and do a full mid range round and see. Maybe I need to find more understable ones to throw, (or just beat this one) - but the MD1 felt like it pushed a little straighter than the Hex.

The Crystal FLX Zones are so awesome feeling for forehands. Will stand up and you can trust it to finish.
I use a fission crave for my understable 6/7 speed. It didn't take very long for it to flip consistenty and it somehow keeps getting better. I dont throw far but I feel confident pushing it up to 375-400ft in most conditions.
Same here. Fission Crave got flippy pretty quick. Not roller flippy but just turns forever if thrown flat.
Really love the distortion instead of the zone pushes a bit more for me

Yea I think I'll throw the diamond back in honestly, And then maybe the Rive too.

The felon is not the best in that slot

I have a couple ESP Anaxs and they are less stable than the Big Z. More of a pushing hyzer or even straight with a bit of fade when it beats in.
Great video, recently put the justice in my bag and love it!!

oof lol thanks
Possible zone alternative: proton soft tempo

I wanted to try out the tempo, it seems like a lot of people like the disc
For flippy craves lighter weight plasma/proton has a nice gradual turn for me
What happened to the Berg? You were throwing that so well.
Having thrown both, I cant believe your seeing too much difference between the Svea and the MD1 in flight. When you described the Svea I thought you were describing my MD1. Heat listed as 9 speed has a 1.8 Rim width and the F-7 listed as a 8 speed has a 1.8 rim width.
Hey dude, that Disc you called a servo is actually a uplink! However, the servo is a great fairway driver that is slightly more stable than the crave.
oh ok! I couldn't find the name on it, I love that disc!
I don't think that's a Servo
yeah, servo is a fairway driver
For sure, as it's also more stable than a crave
I think it might be a Paradox?
It looks like an uplink
Definitely not, seems like an uplink
You need to try a Z zone and you also need to try out a Simon hex or the detour to replace the md1
The Zone is touchy? I thought it was reliability overstable
Really enjoying the content. The lighterweight fission craves and the glow craves are really fun to throw. Also love the svea dude absolutely amazing disc! Sweet in the bag.

Also ditto on the Svea as someone who doesn’t like throwing forehand. Such a fun disc.
Yea I was thinking about getting a glow crave for a flippier one to throw because I really love the disc! And yea the Svea is MONEY!

it is! someone else corrected me, thanks!
It would be great to know the speed that you throw.
Hey Molt. We love you! Keep it up!❤❤❤

You would probably really like the new TrashPanda Disc Golf Ozone. 8,6,-3,1
I did a video on it on this channel!
Like the luna? Try the proxy in any premium plastic
I've heard that, I need to go and get one!
what’s the disc that you left in the flap pocket of your bag?
These mixed ITBs are just so interesting. Kinda looks like it's a Discraft bag with some twists.

Try a FLX zone theyre a little more stable
Have you tried the Toro over the Zone?
No I have not, but I've seen Calvin throw it like a beast
just curious what happened with your other disc golf channel???
I made this one when I switched to open bag. The old one was lost in the RUclips Algorythm and this one is already getting more views than that one was at 100k+ subs
@@DiscGolfwithMoltoh totally makes sense always good to have a fresh start aswell. I love watching videos
Lets go Molt
No innova? Think that’s a mistake
Do you think you will ever rent a PO box, so people may send you discs that Another Round may not have?
Yea I might!
I'll De-Sub if you call the Zone a putter😅. Sure there is some knucklehead out there that putts with it, just like Chandler Kramer putted with a Slammer for years, they are both approach discs. Approach should be its own category
RIP Sampo ❤
HAHA That disc will always be in my bag for certain courses. I started rarely throwing it because I got better at staying in the fairway. It was my scramble disc
Try the warship to replace your MD1. Flies really straight and far
No Hex!?!? I'm sad

Discraft taking over Molt's bag.
My thoughts too
Get a Jawbreaker or get freaky zone
