  • Sorry it's been so long since I've posted! I recorded this video ages ago, but only recently had the time to sit down and edit!
The exact product in this video is not currently available, but I found a similar product at the following link: amzn.to/3UXzY1y (paid link).
Have you guys tried different pen tips, and if so what do you think? Any tips for multi-placing?
I have a video in the works that I think you all will really like, so stay tuned!

Hi, thanks for the video. You inspired me to try my set of these metal tips again - especially the straightener! I'm sitting here working on a square, and I'm having trouble keeping the rows straight. My plastic straighteners weren't cutting it. But the metal one is working great! I share your opinion on the single placer with the square opening. Good idea, but the round opening works best. Have a wonderful day! 😊🌺🌼🌷

Yay I'm glad you're liking the metal straightener too! and thank you for sharing your thoughts too! I almost wondered if the square opening was a production mistake or something! Hope you're having a great weekend!

The slanted 1 I didn't think I would like it but I love it I use it all the time and I do like this stainless steel better than the plastics So you have to use this lanted 1 when she get used to it you'll love it

I know you can use the round metal tip for squares because the square drills come to a rounded top and the round drill tip will pick up a round drill and a square drill both. I have had to practice using multiplacers. I only use a 4 placer because anything higher than that they are not straight.

Good to know! Have you used the square tip at all? and I agree about the multiplacer!! 4 is the best!

@@DiamondDelight I tried using the square tip one. It just wasn't picking them up the best for me. Sometimes it would take several tries with a square tip one just to pick one up.

I am trying to find some wax that works in the metal tips. I was using museum putty but it does not work good in the metal tips.

I use a book or roller every couple rows to make.sure the drills are secure

That's a great idea! I usually use the roller at the end but have used it more frequently before when working on a canvas w/ popping drills. Do you it pretty typical for the drills to be loose when you multi-place?

I am starting to not like my steel single placer I have to chsnge the wax so much and it gets stuck in my pen I might experiment and try my standard single tip again
