Is KOLOMNA Worth a Visit in Russia? \\ Visiting the Ancient Russian Town 2021

- About a month ago I asked you to choose one of the 4 ancient Russian towns that I should visit. I really wanted to go to some interesting city which is located in the Moscow region. Kolomna won the poll and I was very happy about it. I wanted to see this town for a long time! 😍
It took 2 hours by train from the center of Moscow (Kazansky Railway Station) to Kolomna. A one-way ticket costs 300 rubles, or about $5. Trains in the Moscow region are not very comfortable but not boring. People are constantly selling something and singing songs there.
Soo, answering the question - Is Kolomna worth a visit? - It is!
Even despite the fact that the town is quite touristic (which I did not expect) I liked it there. It was very atmospheric to walk through the old streets of the city. We were also lucky in the weather - it was so sunny and warm!
And of course the most memorable moment of the trip is a small kitten that we found on the street. Now this little girl is already feeling well and lives in the house of my friend 💕

It is beautiful and an interesting thing is the old town buildings remind me of old town buildings in USA South Carolina and Louisiana. I love the Russian buildings especially the churches and cathedrals with onion domes; there is nothing as beautiful like them here in the USA. I am glad I subscribed and LOVE your channel... I am also interested in any traditional Russian items y'all have that you could maybe breifly talk about. It would be interesting. Anyway awesome vid and channel ❤.

One detail stands out -- among many, many -- is the photographic darkroom equipment in a bathroom! I had several such in my life. Wonderful "alternate" designs of familiar equipment.

Very nice video. Like these atmospheric small Russian towns like Vladimir and now this. There were many great places i loved the view from bell tower. The commune apartment museum and the cafe and the buildings around Town including churches. The highlight was certainly the kitten Sabrına adopted by Guzel. As a former cat owner for many many years İ speciallu liked it. İ also like dogs and your dog looks beautiful but never owned öne. Spasiba for shooting great travel videos on Russia.
