Great check list. One more thing I would recommend is to visit you website as a logged out user periodically. I recently encountered this weird issue in which my website looked fine for logged in users but some things were broken for all other visitors. For instance the new font I chose to use didn't apply and also some scripts didn't run. After some testing I finally traced it to some features in the Site Ground Optimizer and therefore I disabled them.
