Pope Francis may seem to be too all embracing of the different groups of people, which many people could not, but looking at the way Jesus sees the world and looks at people, who looks at them with love and mercy, I tend to understand where the pope is coming from.

It is the same of how I see the pope and this whole situation. What Viganó said was also true. These are hard and confusing times. Each side is conflicted with each other. That is true. But that doesn't take away the truth of what he speaks. There are bishops around the world who hold a true lineage and are concecrated by the traditional rite, whose predecessors didn't follow Vatican 2. If Vigano can cooperate with them, he can be ordained and consecrated as true priest and bishop.

It's a tad difficult to undermine Vat 2 once you cement a theology like Vat 1. Rome's doctrinal development is fascinating and will continue. Vat 1 gave Rome all authority to do whatever it wants within Romanism.

1. Mgr Vigano rejects Vatican II concile decisions
2. Mgr Vigano claim sedevacante" meaning the seat of Peter is empty, he does not recognize the papal authority
3.Mgr Vigano was consacrated bishop in 1992 by pope John Paul 2.
I think before going through his speech everybody need to assess these 3 facts above.
-- first mistake he was consacrated bishop under the rites defined in Vatican 2 concile. He nevers refused to be a bishop
-- Pope John paul says during the consacration he must obey to the seat of peter and his successors...And he said YES in a mass full with believers in front of Tabernacle..When you say Yes may your yes be yes.
-- by accepting first two points above he cant claim "sedevacante" he cant criticize vatican 2
