  • “We wanted to introduce the color blue right out of the gate with the iconic Womb chair.” say designer Roseanne Greco, who used this soft pop of color throughout her client’s light and airy condo. See the custom millwork in Benjamin Moore’s Yarmouth Blue and the Philip Jeffries wallpaper in the spacious principal bedroom and ensuite. Plus, don’t miss the dreamy walk-in dressing room and luxe makeup station!

Absolutely love how the designer mixed and matched colors and not just paint everything stark white. Really beautifully done.

Boucle, the lumpy oatmeal of fabric! If your shirt looked that pilly you would take a fabric shaver to it. I will never understand the appeal and the price for real boucle is ridiculous. Anyone else share this sentiment?

Looking at it through feng shui eyes, I saw 2 no-nos: the TV (reflective surface) in front of the bed in the main bedroom and the painting above the bed in the guest room. I'd like more curtains for privacy. Other than that, it's OK.

Love your before / after videos. Would it possible to include some process?
I would really love to hear from some tradies on how particular looks were achieved.

Unfortunately, I think it's a bit too busy looking and too glam for today. 5-10 years ago, this would have been a stunning and trendy renovation.

I loved most of the house, mostly the colors. Honest question though: is there anyone who really uses the guest room? How often? It seems like a completely waste of space to me, but I am not aware of how often people have guests that sleep over in other parts of the world. If I had extra space I d turn it into a gym or an office or keep it empty and just Keep the door closed.

I think it depends. If they have parents or adult children who come visit frequently, I can definitely see wanting a place for them. But if we're talking about efficiency of space, this is not the best example anyway (cough cough, bathroom)

We have a guest room and it is an essential part of the home. We have friends and family all over the US and the world who come to visit us and stay with us throughout the year. We are a family of four with two young children in San Francisco where space is a premium, and still we made this a priority. As a family who also travels to visit family, nothing is worse than having no place to stay when visiting family (it’s one thing to sleep on a living room floor when you are six years old; as a 46 year old, it’s a special kind of torture that makes you wonder what you did to anger your relatives so.) We make it work by doubling the space as our home office. With so many furniture solutions available today (we use a Murphy bed with built in shelves) there are a lot of ways to design a space that is both beautiful and can also serve multiple functions so no space goes to waste.

This interior decoration looks really dated. Not a fan of the colours. The good thing is that, for me, the materiality (apart from the kitchen cabinet finishes) are ok, so you could update the look and swap put some of the fabric choices etc. the bedroom is nice but it needs some lovely white linen curtains to soften the look. It looks unfinished as is. I think the primary ensuite is lovely. The barn doors have to go….swap them for pocket doors. I think my favourite room is the dressing room, it is gorgeous. The place needs curtains..!!!

It’s perfectly ok, but the lack of color (except the blue chair) and art struck me immediately. 🤷🏽‍♀️

There is plenty of color here, but it is subtle. For some people bold color is disquieting. But to each his own.

Those dining room chairs look so uncomfortable.
Sure hope they're not as backbreaking as they appear.
    Colors are pretty ho hum.
Seems the private spaces were far larger than public spaces which seems like an imbalance of how the space was used.

The guest room concept in a condo is a waste of space. People think they need it. They don’t. Lived in 2 condos in the last 26 years, it is unnecessary. Beautiful space, however the lack of colour and texture is I guess their taste.
