Unpopular opinion: Obviously women should have full control over their reproductive system. But equally, men shouldnt be at the mercy of a women they met once at a club and have to pay them 100k + for a child they explicitly did not plan or want. If both partners agreed to the pregnancy (i.e. the woman had good reason to count on her partner‘s support), and the man leaves later, he should pay for sure. Fear is truly just a mindset. Pain can easily be exacerbated by fear. I'm pregnant with my third child and have never had that fear of labor with any of my children. I kept my mind positive with the excitment of meeting my baby and appreciative of the blessing god provided for me. That is what kept me strong through the pain and recovery.

I like that we're finally hearing more realistic pregnancy experiences because it's far from rainbows and butterflies. Most pregnancies are quite uncomfortable and leave a lasting impact on a woman's body.
Regarding child support...I think that a lot of women don't want to put men on child support because it's partially a pride/shame thing but please consider that by not pursuing child support you're taking food out of your child's mouth or money out of their savings accounts for the future. Sure, it's not glamorous in the moment and it may feel shitty, but your child will be grateful to have that little bit of contribution from their other parent.
Sometimes it's to protect the child. Once you are getting child support, they can fight for time with the child even if it's been OVER A DECADE and they haven't been in the child's life. Many women who don't pursue do so because the man is abusive/drug addict/severely mentally unwell.
I disagree, in this situation she said it herself that it was her desision to keep the baby, he didn’t want it. So just as women should have a right to an abortion, so should men have a right to choose to not be a part of it.
