@@katelynthewhitewerewolf6376 Stu would probably get the most blame since it was his invention that caused the fiasco and then Didi who adores Lipschitz would side with him instead of her own husband.
Out of all the stunts Angelica did in the show (not counting the movie) this is far by the WORST stunt ever. She committed crimes at age 3 (even if she did it unknowingly), such as identity theft and credit card fraud. Had she done this when she was a teen instead, she would've been in huge trouble. 😂
I always wished Zippy's Deli was a real place. All of their food looked and sounded delicious and their employees seemed so friendly and happy to take your order.
Charlotte was more than justified with her punishment especially considering her and Drew have to payback Stu and Didi for everything Angelica purchased on their account
Grandpa’s reactions to her tomfoolery were the best “You called him too?!! Who else did you call?!!!” “Chaz? Betty and Howard?!! What are they doing here?”
One of few inventions that would have made Stu a success , and Angelica messed it up. Drew is always putting Stu down for his inventions and the one time he invents something worth while, Drew's daughter "Angelica" messed it up, and caused Stu million's he could've made.
Okay, the fact that Stu invented a device that can imitate voices just cements my theory that he sells weapons and gadgets to countries at war and criminal organizations. The device would be quite useful for espionage and other criminal activities.
There's been some episodes where Angelica was at her worst. Like in the episode "The Trial " where she purposely destroyed Tommy's favorite lamp, or when she tried to rip out chuckie's teeth with a pair of pliers or the episode "The unfair pair" where she lied and tricked Phil and Lil into believing one was the favorite and the other was the reject. Not to mention the countless times she lied, bullied and threatened the babies on numerous occasions and when she "sweet talked" the grown ups and lying to their faces.
This invention only appeared once but yet Detective Conan has the voice changing invention that's still been around for 29 years. That is indeed my favorite Rugrats episode along with Word of the Day.
You know, I think that it's safe to say that Stu, Drew, Charlotte, and Grandpa Lou, all of whom are adults, are the ones responsible for the events in "Angelica Orders Out". Drew and Charlotte are partially responsible for not only Angelica's actions in this episode but in the whole "Rugrats" movies and shows in general. They never have enough time for her and work 24/7 so Angelica thought that if she misbehaves then she will be noticed. Stu was the person who invented his voice-changer machine and then he experimented said machine on Angelica whom he already knows has done some bad things prior to this episode. Stu also left the voice-changer on a place where a child could easily find it instead of just locking it up in the safe. Lastly, Grandpa Lou was the one whose job it was to watch over Tommy and Angelica while their parents were away. Everyone keeps calling Angelica a bad girl for doing this even though there were clearly 4 fully grown adults who knew better in this situation.
Maybe stu shouldn't have put that voice changing device away in a proper safe place out of Angelica's reach so she can't abuse it. And maybe that Duffy device should be turned off so Angelica won't say it's name and keep ordering unnecessary stuff like expensive cynthia toys and accessories. It could have save them a whole lot less trouble.
What's insane is that Angelica's punishment was to be forced to eat Flan. Something that is literally pure concentrated sugar. It's like when your dad catches you smoking and he forces you to smoke the entire pack.
I always wondered if Angelica paid over the phone or something cuz that employee didn’t even seem concerned about the payment so I’m guessing she paid beforehand 😂
Am I the only one that’s noticing the speed dial list??. 😂😂 I never knew Tommy’s family were closer to the Deville’s a little more than everyone else that they would be no. 1…
I know Lou was following Didi's orders but he should have ordered some stuff a kid would wanna eat for lunch. Like a burger, hot dogs, French fries, instead of a bologna sandwich ( not fried with tons of yucky mayo, carrots, and cottage cheese. The only cool thing he ordered, was the baked apples 🍎. Didi said no sweets, but he should have thought about what an 1 year old and a 3 year old would want for lunch instead of just ordering stuff someone "his" age wanted. If he did that Angelica could have gotten full from some French fries, and a burger and wouldn't have wanted any sweets anyway. And wouldn't have went on an ordering spree with Stu's invention.
@@tamaracastellano2656with it being processed, bologna is Technically junk food too. It's not like burgers are much different. I honestly prefer burgers over lunch meat. Then again, Zippy's sounds like one if those delies or cafes so I'm not sure of they have burgers or not.
It could have been a compromise for all sides: grilled cheese sandwiches, applesauce, carrot juice, and fruit ice pops or Italian ice like strawberry, blueberry or strawberry lemonade. It's both healthy and delicious and easy to eat.
How are you enjoying the new iCarly revival so far? I know you have talked about it before but do you plan to discuss it again at all? I’m honestly loving it and I don’t miss the actual web show at all. I love the dynamic between Spencer and Harper too!
I love your accent you know that? You’re from American I’m guessing but it sounds very Jamaican too if I’m not mistaken? Is that your overall background?
Oh hey I was just wondering have you seen the new batch of episodes of kamp koral that released on paramount+ a few days ago? There were actually some surprisingly good episodes I thought. I mean overall it’s an unnecessary spongebob spinoff but it’s still a lot of fun I think.
No I have not....idk how I feel about the SpongeBob spinoffs, I enjoyed the early seasons of SpongeBob but as the seasons went on I didn't enjoy it as much and that goes same for the spinoffs. Some cartoons I can rewatch as an adult but I don't think the newer SpongeBob stuff is one of them, I saw the first Kamp Koral episode and it wasn't awful but I just didn't really want to continue to watch if you know what I mean. I want to try Patrick Star show.... but I'm afraid lol... I may make videos about them in the future though lol, dissecting them!
@@showshack1098 yeah all right fair enough I completely understand your opinion. It just feels like we’re getting way too much spongebob content recently but personally I’m all for it. Angelica might cause trouble but she's got nothing on Megan. I actually find Angelica much more tolerable than her, plus Angelica actually frequently gets her commupance unlike Meg.
Not gonna lie to you, but I think Megan is worse than Angelica. Sure they’re both brats and are always abusing the protagonists (Tommy and his friends/Drake and Josh) and getting them into trouble, as well as acting innocent for the adults, but I actually find Angelica much more tolerable being that she has a heart of gold.
Imagine if Angelica called Dr. Lipschitz to come over. He'd probably scold all the parents for letting her do what she did.
@@katelynthewhitewerewolf6376 Stu would probably get the most blame since it was his invention that caused the fiasco and then Didi who adores Lipschitz would side with him instead of her own husband.
Dr. Lipschits is a quack!
And leaving such an abusable device out in the open for babies and toddlers to find and use.
He is more freudian, if anything he'd applaud them for raising a child calpable of experimenting.
It's actually Dr. Lipschitz Baby Talk Hotline. Don't think it's actually his phone number. Just a line to call for consultation.
It's interesting that the Rugrats indirectly predicted A.I. voice technology. Lol.

Yeah, but unfortunately, it may not seem worth it long term with all the devious people out there who could take advantage of it.
I love when Grandpa makes Tommy dance 😂
With that invention, you won’t need voice actors.

That what the strikes are for
We already have that technology and it works too well.
We have it, AI-generated voice is a thing two years later, hence why the term "deepfake" exists now.

Shame Stu had to shelf it, he'd have had everyone from the FBI to the KGB bidding for it...
This is one of the best tricks she’s done
Again, Lu is incapable of handling babysitting
Everything Angelica did was totally uncalled for! But what I didn’t like the most is trapping Tommy under that basket and making non-emergency calls!
Keep note Angelica is only a little kid, some little kids are out of control
I'm just curious how Angelica would have gotten away with her 'Surprise Party."
