Hey no problem :) is not about strenght bro, u dont need strenght to learn airflare.. is all about coordination.. I suggest you to follow ALL the steps in this tutorial and learn the suggested moves aswell, and also master the airfreeze/L-kick/powerfreeze on both arms, and also handhops on both arms.. it will help you a lot to get more control in the airflare! also the invert can help you a lot, because of flexibiliy..
@BboyBlazes u have to hold handstand very long, u have to acquire a very good control on your hands, so if you can handhops, handstands, blowups and other tricks and freezes, airflare will be much easier... swipe is not necessary for airflare, but is really really helpfull because the arms moviment is the same, so if u can do swipe u already know how to use your arms in airflare... so i recommend to learn it before... sorry for my english xD peace!

@NakedCodes depends... if u already can do the preliminary moves and u train costantly, yes about 1 month... if u can't the preliminary moves airflares seem very hard and u need much more time, maybe 6 months or more than 1 year... if u can't preliminary moves and if u don't train costantly maybe u'll never learn airflare, or it takes a long time...
I definitely agree with miraienator. These tutorials are bomb and having one for those 1 hand hops would be so awesome, but take care of your other stuff first obviously! Love your videos man!!

if u have all this it takes not so much, but I cant say... depends from people to people... for someone could takes long even with the prerequisites, for some others could take only few days or week...

heey! mmm I think it will takes very long if u dont have any other powermoves experience.. but if you first learn some basic moves like swipes, some flares, windmills and tricks like handhops, powerfreezes on both arms you will learn it faster!
@morzdgreat ...some days i learn 1 round to flare...then for 1 year i practiced just 1 round in some power combos, after 1 year i started to practice more rounds and i learn 3 rounds in 2 months, 5 rounds in 3 months...
Hey, I've got a question. I can't handstand worth flying crap, but I can planche, which is pretty much like a handstand but your body is symmetrical with the ground, and your feet do no touching. More of a brute strength exercise than a balance technique, but in the process of trying to handstand, would a planche be helpful to doing air flares?

@jeangu2002 1 round of elbow airflare is easier than 1 round of airflare... but more rounds of elbow airflare are harder than more rounds of airflare... is harder to control

I've a problem: I do airflares clockwisely, I don't know what to do with my left legg, everytime when I airflare my left legg wil go down or it bows down. Do I need to kick it in the same time with my right legg? So I begin with the sweep come to the handstand position then my leggs wil swing closely from the ground to the air in a pike position. DO I need when i am in the pike position to bow my leggs and to kick it straight in the air? srry for my horrible english hope u understand it.thnx

funny....been there...done that...all those exercises.....i remember doing those years ago......funny thing was i had no one to teach me...i had to watch videos over n over again and try to figure out little exercises to help me.....lucky kids these days gets airflare tutorials :P

you have to throw after the 5th step. first u have to swing your foot close to the ground, then, while your foot/leg is kicking up u have to throw :)

yes, I also know handhops, halos and 3-4 rounds of elbowtracks before to learn airflare..this help me a lot :)

I have troubles swinging my right leg down i dunno why but how do i just swing it directly down?
to improve the speed of your powermoves u have just to kick and push stronger...
