' i look at the grounded hand mostly-- im sending u a detailed reply bro ;)

Hey this is a great tutorial. Ive been working on these for 2 years (no joke) and cant get them. Do I have to be extremely flexible to do it? I cant spread my legs as far as you. or does it mean I just have to have more upper body strength if im not as flexible?
just wondering real quick, do you have a full split and front split? i do martial arts and i almost have a full split and it looks like it would help a ton if i made it the whole way

@hyperzyph64 hahah,, well flexibility means you need way more control and technique because your body can take on wild angles and just flop outta momentum, so for me it was more difficult to master simpler moves. so i didnt practice flexibility to make it easier cus thats not true, its harder to maintain, i practiced flexibility because i prefer the way it looks and feels :)

" arms go to the right just above the head, as the legs go under you to the other side- my leg doesnt go to the side that my arm goes, i actually concentrate on it going under me the other way-- because it goes the other way it follows through and pulls my weight with it.. peace

yeah its a really good tutorial but umm like i can't really hear u talk properly because of the music playing too loudly in the background and also because the sound quality isn't that great. some clips in slow-motiong would be REALLY helpful too.
@BboyUnusuall Look at your planted hand ' the one that you will hop off from,, watch it until the very last second that your throw yourself airborn.. then you look at the catching hand that plants, then the hand that you hop off again.. basically look at your hands.. peace

@kungchila90 vinyl, cheap plastic flooring, sometimes i lay it over foam baby mat puzzle pieces when my wrists are hurting to lessen the impact.. :)
