Mam... I hv suffered a lot from my hus for so many years. Actually I was ignorant about Narcissism. Before One yr me and my kids moved out of the house &solved the problems with the help of my family members. Then I kept boundaries &that helps me to live normally. Nw our life is going smoothly

ശരിയാണ്. എനിക്കറിയാവുന്ന എന്റെ ഒരു കൂട്ടുകാരിക്ക് ഭർത്താവ് ഗൾഫിലിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മറ്റാരും അറിയാതെ, അവൾ ഒരു അവിഹിതബന്ധത്തിലായി. അവൾ എല്ലാവരോടും സംസാരിക്കുന്ന രീതി കേട്ടാൽ അവൾ വലിയ സ്വഭാവ മഹിമയുള്ളവൾ , നല്ല മാന്യ വ്യക്തി അവളാണ് എന്നത് സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി അവളുടെ സംസാരത്തിൽ നിറയെ അങ്ങനെ ആണ്.. അവളെ ഉള്ളു വലിയ വൃത്തിക്കും, അടിച്ചു വാരിയും, അലക്കിയും ജീവിക്കുന്നവളാണ് എന്നാണ് സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുള്ള പ്രവണത ഉണ്ട്. കൂടെ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്ന അവനെ അവൾ മക്കളെ കൊണ്ട് മാമാ എന്നാണ് വിളിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത് മൂത്ത മകൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്തു. .അവളുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ സ്വഭാവം അറിഞ്ഞതോടെ ആ കൂട്ടുകെട്ട് ഞാൻ ഒഴിവാക്കി .

I am suffered it a lots of time.
But at that time it is not aware to me.
I repeatly think that whats the gesture of this.
After separation and got perfect counseling on it from bodhi reveals all those things to me
