@@shannaMG84 Item to be shipped back has to be in the same wrapper or box, taping up is okay if torn, but has to be in same box, or you can't ship it back. Damaged or not.

I bought a set of dining chairs 4 is a set,a comforter console table,a rug and a painting last yr from wayfair and i can honestly say i have no complaints with my purchase everything is still holding up nicely i will say with the dining chairs the tools and materials are enclosed which is good bcuz every now and then the chairs need to be tightened but other than that no issue if youre a person who needs to inspect items before purchasing such as sofas wayfair isnt the place for u but they have great home decor items for reasonable prices and i like that u can check colors sizes price etc..so it makes browsing much easier
Looks so lovely. So is the back of the couch feeling bumpy on the back when leaning back? After 6 months has it more leather sagging now? I see the far left cushion in the video has some sagging on the back right corner in the video just a second after you say there is none. I love Wayfair and soon to order my own chaise leather recliner and sofa.

I called customer service for the card AND Waifair. The customer service was so bad and the information was so contradictory that I decided to pass. Headed to the furniture store now.
I thought about it, but customer service is a big deal for me. I am probably the most polite person when I call in because I used to have that type of job. If the customer service is that bad, I will not give the company my money.

I would advise anyone to buy local, because I am involved in an issue with Wayfair due to them using the cheap fly-by-night shippers and transporters. I have placed seven calls so far, and nobody can seem to tell me where my order is. All promise to "call right back" and i have not had one single callback. This was my first order with them, and also my last. Buyer Beware
Funny thing about this video . I went to a top furniture store and saw that same mattress for $600 dollars . I bet since you bought in wayfair you save a lot .

That couch looks really nice. I was thinking about ordering one from online but never purchased from wayfair. This helped out.
