Grand Circle Road Trip Itinerary 2023, Part 6 - Capitol Reef National Park

Grand Circle road trip is one of the most famous National Park road trip in the United States. In April 2023, we spent 13 days, traveled across Arizona and Utah and visited 6 National Parks (Grand Canyon National Park, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park) along with Page and Monument Valley. We were so amazed by the unique landscapes and stunning scenery throughout this road trip. We hope to share all those natural wonders and beautiful memories through a series of travel videos.
This video is our Grand Circle road trip Part 6 - Capitol Reef National Park.
We visited Capitol Reef National Park in Oct. 2021 for the first time. We decided to go back again 1.5 years later in April 2023. This time, we were able to visit several very interesting sites and trails which we did not have time to do in Oct. 2021. Even though Capitol Reef is not as popular and well known as Arches, Zion and Bryce Canyon, there are many interesting sites and hiking trails to visit including Gifford House, Petroglyph Panel, Hickman Bridge, Cassidy Arch, Grand Wash Trail, Capitol Gorge, Panorama Point, and the best of all - the famous 8 mile Capitol Reef Scenic Drive with some breathtaking viewpoints.
