Hello! if your entry to the UK is before Jan 8th, then no. Bear in mind you can't leave and re-enter, in that case, you'd need to apply for the ETA. Safe travels!
Can you give me some example of what questions will be asked during the application process? and what kind of biometric data i would have to provide beside the picture?
Hello! If you are a naturalized British citizen, you do not need a visa or ETA to travel to the UK, as you have the right of entry. However, for your son who holds an IRL (Indefinite Leave to Remain) card, the situation is different. If his IRL card is about to expire, he should apply to renew it before it expires to maintain his status. Still, it's always a good idea to check the latest guidelines on the UK government website or consult an immigration expert to ensure everything is in order before travel.
Hello! Yes, we do charge a service fee to help with the UK ETA application. We offer benefits like faster processing, expert -human- support, pay your way with options like credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, and more!and the ability to apply for multiple travelers at once. However, you can also apply directly through the UK government website for free, it's just that it's easier and hassle-free through iVisa!
Thanks for sharing. I am from Trinidad and Tobago. Based on the info you shared I will not need the UK ETA if I visit England this year 2024. Just to confirm, if I am driving around the continent should I get it?
I live in Australia and a former British citizen travelling on an Australian passport. I heard that if your are older than 70 years of age you don.t need to apply for the the ETA ?
Hello! We can't confirm that info. According to gov sources, even babies and children will need an ETA, so we would say people older than 70 years old would need one too. We advice you to confirm with the gov site.
I am interested in cross Atlantic cruising from New York to S.Hampton & stay in England & Wales for a month ,coming back on Jan 9th ...will I need to apply for Eta for this ,too !? Eventhough I'll be entering U.K.in December 2024 ?? Please help me understanding 🙏 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶🇬🇧💕💞
Hello! According to current info from official sources, you'll only need the ETA if you're entering the country (UK) on Jan 8th or after. If your entry is before, you wouldn't need one.
Hi! I plan to visit the UK in january 26, 2025. I'm Argentinian, and read that I will be able to apply for the ETA from november 27 2024. How long does it take to get my ETA approved? I'm worried about not getting my ETA in time.
@user-bg3lk1lb6r Yeah, I know I'll need one, I was just asking how long it takes to get the results once I have applied, sorry If I didn't made myself clear
I’m from the United States and I’m planning on traveling to the Uk latter on close to 2025. I know that US citizens will need an eta to travel to the UK eventually so my question is will a first and only dui for alcohol that involved no jail time give me any issues with getting an eta in the future? It happened in my home country by the way.
Hello! Since your DUI did not result in jail time and occurred in your home country, it is generally not considered a serious offense in terms of UK immigration law, so it's unlikely to result in a refusal of your ETA application. That said, every application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and you'll be required to provide truthful information about your criminal history when applying, and in the worst case if you get rejected, you'll always have the chance to apply for a visa.
Thanks a lot I appreciate it. I am planning on going on the begging of this November to see my girlfriend in Scotland but I guess there is a good chance that I won’t need it by then.
Just go somewhere else. There are hundreds of countries that don't require a visa. Now that the UK is introducing a "visa-light" scheme, stay away. Better food and weather available nearly anywhere.
Yes, most likely you won't get qualified . The main reasons / goals for Eta ( U.K.) & Etias ( Europe ) are to screen terrorists & illegal immigrants, including people who illegally overstayed in the past .Or people with criminal records . 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞
I have duel passport and will be using my british passport to travel to uk. My son however is canadian and has a candian passport. Does he still needs to apply eta for uk.? I know i dont , since im british. Plz clarify thanks
@@afsheentamachi3004 Hello! Thank you for your question. With a valid Canadian passport, he will not need to apply for an ETA. For now, only the seven countries mentioned in the video require it. However, make sure once he arrives, he has all requirements for border control, as proof of accomodation, return flight ticket and proof of enough financial means.
@@iVisa_travel thanks for the reply. In the futur if we were to apply for the eta on ivisa, what will be the cost? Also when do you think canadians will have to apply for the eta? Sorry if i spelt anything wrong.🙂
No they Don't Ask this even in Visa also if you apply. I have friends in Oman who is originally Omani and has ETA for UK and it is easy. The Benefits is You Don't have to wait in line Directly go to E-gates and pass it like Canada and Australia and New zealand.
😅 UK strikes back on EU! UK left EU with some unforeseen (!) results! 😂 Now UK has to get even... pathetic, why bother go there? Expensive, they obviously don't like EU-citizens that much and now this silly red tape. Exeptional! (sic!).
good day- this is unreal ! have a great day. ;))
What about CANADIAN PR HOLDERS?
check your passport
If I plan on leaving January 5th come back February 28th do I still need one?

Hello! It's really a short form, with questions as your passport info, travel dates, if you have criminal history or not, etc.
Hello, what if I’m naturalized British citizen and my son has irl card which about to expire? What exactly do I need E-Viza or eta ?

Hi there! It shouldn't take more than 3 days to get it if you comply with requirements.

So basically it's a visa, because you wont be able to book hotels and plane tickets before ETA is approved 🙄
It's a must simpler process, and much cheaper too!
