      Hello! if your entry to the UK is before Jan 8th, then no. Bear in mind you can't leave and re-enter, in that case, you'd need to apply for the ETA. Safe travels!

    Hello, what if I’m naturalized British citizen and my son has irl card which about to expire? What exactly do I need E-Viza or eta ?

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  16 дней назад

      Hello! If you are a naturalized British citizen, you do not need a visa or ETA to travel to the UK, as you have the right of entry.
      However, for your son who holds an IRL (Indefinite Leave to Remain) card, the situation is different. If his IRL card is about to expire, he should apply to renew it before it expires to maintain his status.
      Still, it's always a good idea to check the latest guidelines on the UK government website or consult an immigration expert to ensure everything is in order before travel.

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  2 месяца назад

      Hello! We can't confirm that info. According to gov sources, even babies and children will need an ETA, so we would say people older than 70 years old would need one too. We advice you to confirm with the gov site.

    I’m from the United States and I’m planning on traveling to the Uk latter on close to 2025. I know that US citizens will need an eta to travel to the UK eventually so my question is will a first and only dui for alcohol that involved no jail time give me any issues with getting an eta in the future? It happened in my home country by the way.

    • @iVisa_travel
      @iVisa_travel  4 месяца назад

      Hello! Since your DUI did not result in jail time and occurred in your home country, it is generally not considered a serious offense in terms of UK immigration law, so it's unlikely to result in a refusal of your ETA application. That said, every application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and you'll be required to provide truthful information about your criminal history when applying, and in the worst case if you get rejected, you'll always have the chance to apply for a visa.

      Just go somewhere else. There are hundreds of countries that don't require a visa. Now that the UK is introducing a "visa-light" scheme, stay away. Better food and weather available nearly anywhere.

    • @spark_6710
      @spark_6710 2 месяца назад

      Yes, most likely you won't get qualified . The main reasons / goals for Eta ( U.K.) & Etias ( Europe ) are to screen terrorists & illegal immigrants, including people who illegally overstayed in the past .Or people with criminal records . 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞

For now, only the seven countries mentioned in the video require it. However, make sure once he arrives, he has all requirements for border control, as proof of accomodation, return flight ticket and proof of enough financial means.
