You do not need an ETA for the UK if you have Irish or UK citizenship, you don't even need a passport for either country but you will need one for an airline or ferry company

The airport is safe territory and you should be just fine bc you are not trying to leave the airport which would require you going through border control where they would then verify your documents. Hope this helps, and of course, the country website should have the info you need.
Thanks. We applied individually on 12/27/24. One of us got an e mail and 2 days latter got the ETA. But the spouse did get the ETA application number but no email and no info about approval. There's the option of the UK Visitor visa, but again, it's up the the government to approve it or not. However, as the process involves more documentation, there are chances you can get approved.

Maybe have a word with your own government then, as UK passport holders have had to apply for entry clearance to visit Australia for years via the Australian ETA but also now can use E visitor. When I went to Sydney to see my Australian cousins, I had to have my E Visitor granted before I could travel to Australia as a UK passport holder. So much for Australia's commitment to the commonwealth aye. All we ever hear is how Australia will become a republic anyway so it doesn't matter. There's no special relationship.

Different.. EU required 6 months on Passport. England says the duration of your stay. Depends man

Maybe have a word with your own government then, as UK passport holders have had to apply for entry clearance to visit Australia for years via the Australian ETA but also now can use E visitor. When I went to Sydney to see my Australian cousins, I had to have my E Visitor granted before I could travel to Australia as a UK passport holder. So much for Australia's commitment to the commonwealth aye. All we ever hear is how Australia will become a republic anyway so it doesn't matter. There's no special relationship.

Hello! It depends on where you're from. Check in this video the nationalities who'll need to apply to the ETA since Jan 8th and the others who'll need it from April, 2024. If you're from one of those nationalities that need apply to the new ETA form Jan 8th, yes, you'll need one. Bear in mind there are some nationalities who can't apply to and ETA an continue to need a regular visa.

You scam people because you don't deliver the right information, you can apply directly to the UK government site and apply yourself with a minimum fee, it doesn't take more than 10 minutes, and you guys ask for exorbitant fees that is not fair.
