Hello! The UK ETA is valid for multiple entries for two years or until the applicant's passport expires, whichever is sooner. So, you'd just need to apply for one!

There's the option of the UK Visitor visa, but again, it's up the the government to approve it or not. However, as the process involves more documentation, there are chances you can get approved.
A way for the UK to make money - 10GBP for every visitor multiplied by at least 50 million visitors from visa exempt countries = 500 million GBP. Ka Ching!!!

Hello! He won't have to apply if the trip is before Jan 8th. According to the gov, "as of November 27, 2024, Canadians will be able to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for travel on or after January 8, 2025." Safe travels!
