Thanks for sharing what you eat as a carnivore. Everything looks so good! Curious to know what your kids eat while you're carnivore. Do you cook regular food for them? Thanks!
Been carnivore since Jan of 2024. I still don't get tired of it. Even though I can't even eat black pepper. The longer you are on it, the more you'll see what works and what doesn't. For instance, aged meats like charcuterie or just plain shrimp causes me to have allergy symptoms like itchy eyes. It's a great way of eating.
I love this so much. I'm forever trying to explain to people around me that fat doesn't make you fat. Not real unprocessed fat anyway. Ooh I'll definitely look at that magnesium. I'm always low but can never find supplements that don't have rubbish in them. That app looks really good! I wish I'd known about that when I was doing keto. Ooh interesting that you were told that you need fibre for IBS. I've been seeing a gastro this year and he actually told me to avoid fibre and drastically reduce fruit and veg intake to help with my gut issues. Those burgers look tasty. I like to make my own too. This is such a useful video!
It sounds like the gastro you’ve been seeing actually knows something! It seems most doctors just tell you to eat as much fibre as humanly possible 😕 I’m glad you found the video helpful 😊
Hi great to find uk RUclipsr on carnivore can ask how long did it take to become fat adapted? And what strips do you use I hear mixed opinions I’ve got some there’s absolutely nothing showing so far 16 days in 0 carbs no cheat at all thanks for any tips
@@nylenyap3933 I have tea with double cream (about a teaspoon per cup). It increases my fat and cuts out the milk sugars. I found the milk sugars were actually affecting my blood sugar.
From experience, 7 days isn't long enough. The first 2 weeks is harder as your body adjusts. I got the "keto flu" after 6 days and it lasted two days. I added salt and minerals to my meat and water to get better. Give it 30 days!
Agreed, I was vegetarian with fish keto fir about 2 years before going full carnivore. If I had any change problems I didn't notice, it was all improving.

Yes, I cook them good wholesome meals from scratch 😊

Hi, my name is Gerlinde. What are you using for Collagen?
Today makes 93 days on the Carnivore diet, and still learning.

Oh this has been so useful. I am going to start this tomorrow. I am nervous about giving up my English breakfast tea (with milk) though 🤣
Glad it was helpful! Actually the odd cup of tea can be helpful in the early days as it prevents you getting severe symptoms of oxalate dumping.
Why give up your tea? It’s not going to hurt you if you have it black or with heavy cream, no sugar or with blended butter and mct oil.
Lots of people on the carnivore diet give up all forms of plant based foods and drinks due to the oxalates.
