Many things can cause an iPhone or iPad to bootloop. Bad battery, charging port, front camera flex, etc.
First step would be rule out bad parts by unplugging them or testing the motherboard in a known good housing.
Then you can try an update using 3u Tools (download at www.3u.com) and flash the latest iOS version available. Make sure to select "Retain User Data" if you don't want to risk losing data from the phone.
Retain User Data = The same as an UPDATE on iTunes
Quick Flash = The same as a RESTORE on iTunes. This is a factory reset.
Also, make sure to try flashing again by selecting 'iTunes Flash" on the upper left or 3u tools & take note of what error code you may get.
Error 9 - Maybe bad NAND
Error 14 - Maybe RAM issue or Storage too full
Error 26 - Data corruption & requires a restore/factory reset
Error 78 - Data corruption & requires a restore/factory reset
Error 4013 - Can be many things. Many times it can be parts issue
Error 4014 - NAND not detected (Dead NAND or needs a NAND reball)
Error 1100 - Maybe RAM issue
Error 1110 - Software corruption & requires special process to recover data. Or restore it to get it working with no data.

I have iphone 6 plus that restarts unexpectedly especially when playing videos on Facebook or Instagram, how can I get help? I changed battery and charging port but the fault began again.
I'm working on a ipad pro 11" right now and it's having some bizzare behavior. It's stuck on apple logo. When we connect either dfu box or use button combo to enter dfu mode with cable connected to PC, then it doesn't go into DFU mode and instead boots the device and everything seems fine unless you reboot or turn it off. Then the next time it will be on apple logo again unless you use dfu box or enter dfu mode. Have you ever seen this before?

Thank you for the very detailed video. I tried to recover a boot loop Ipad 6 using 3utool and it failed at 19% (sending kernelCache). Restoring in Itune resulted in 4013 error though. Is there anything worth trying other than reball the CPU in this situation :(

thank you for video.. but my case is very weird my phone keep on bootlooping so i tried everything , everything seems to be ok it even flash successfully from iTunes and 3utools but after the successful flash the phone keeps on bootlooping again,,, nothing is working please what to do next

Guided access mode basically locks the screen with a passcode so you stay on that particular app. To get out of the guided access you need to enter the passcode you entered when setting it up.
Hi, I have a 12promax, it was acting slow, battery dies in the evening and never turned on, It was boot looping when I put it to charge. I saw the video and thought to shake/tap the phone on sensor areas even massaged the phone. now it bootloops until the charging cable is attached. but when I remove it from charging it bootloops for 2-3times and turns on, shows correct date, time ,says no sim detected as I removed the sim, screen works. but it only stays on for 3-4 seconds and dies again. battery shows at 1%. please suggest what should I do.
That would require lots of troubleshooting to narrow down the issue. Maybe bad battery, bad charging port or some other part
or board issue
My ipad 2019 fails at 19 per cent restoring in the Easy Flash but at 21 per cent in the itunes flash with a 4013 error code. It was working this morning I was watching Disney plus on it and then when I turned that app off and tried to open a game but then it did the loop I dunno what to do now
iPad 7 are notorious for CPU problems. One system is bootlooping and error 4013.

I have a problem there. An iPad 6 cellular , sometimes restarts and if I do restore with 3utools it stops at 19% in sending cache. In iTunes it gives me error 4013 . What can it be? Thank you
4013 is usually CPU issue
Thanks a lot! I try everything before watch this video, but still apple logo blinking and phone wont start. Lightsensor/ front camera part was broken, and that's why phone dont want to start.

My ipad fails at 18% on easy flash where it says "sending KernelCache". On itunes flash it fails at 21% and gives error code 4013
If it's an iPad 7, it's probably a CPU issue :(
My phone went into boot loop I think water went into camera but it was fine after 3 days when I switch off it stucked in bootloop I trued many ways I even restored from iTunes it comes your phone will turn on in 8 sec but it didn’t turn on please some one say me how to restore will it exit bootloop when we restore
you'll need a motherboard technician to fix it
What's the benefit of updating using 3utool vs going into recovery mode and updating it via iTunes?
For technicians, it provides more information that is useful for troubleshooting.
@@VCCBoardRepairs ok, thank you! I have another question, if you don't mind. Should I try updating ios in recovery mode now, or should I send it directly to a repair guy? From what I've read, it sounds like if the update fails, I might be forced to wipe the phone, and I don't want to lose my data. And I have pretty much no storage left on my phone, so I'm not really sure how an update would be able to fit. Is it OK to try updating first? Or will I risk losing my data?
An update in it of itself won't wipe data. But if you would rather have a professional handle it, so you don't risk losing your data, best to find someone who specializes in data recovery

iPhone 7 Plus was over-loaded. I ignored the ‘memory full’ messages and continued with taking pictures and videos until it stopped me from taking anymore videos. I tried to delete some old videos from the gallery and then went in to the deleted folder 📂 to delete from there aswell. But it wouldn’t allow me to do that. So I thought turning it off and on would be a good idea. I turned it off. Now the Apple sign comes on and it is stuck on that for the last 3 days. Tried to run the phone out of battery and then switched it back on, but the Apple sign is still there. How can I get it back on without losing my data?!
Anyone with the similar experience out there?!
