    Anyone notice those crazy looking resonators on the low end? Damn!

      it has lower notes than normal so it needs more room to resonate, theyre like that on the inside of the marimba too, my school has one, theyre really cool!

      Some companies do weird loopdy loops for their five octave marimbas.

      I think this is a rosewood marimba from yamaha cuz our music academy has the same one

      This version of the recording already sounds really good, so I suppose you can play it better than to post such an off-colour comment?
      It's an insanely difficult piece that many marimbists wouldn't dare touch.

      @@taylor_h796 Yes. Simce I have a DMA in Percussion from a major conservatory, and have been playing this piece as one of ny earliest recorded and performed 25 years ago, YES, I can.

    So many mistakes, and speeding up unknowingly.during the middle of a phrase... needs to be redone.

      @@nickraptor433 lol Not this DCI Top 10 corps chick. I'm a professional orchestral and studio percussionist who tells it as it is, kid. What DCI corps did you march, if even? Which percussion program did YOU get your degree from? Lol

      Speeding up and slowing down in the middle of phrases is common in Abe pieces. It’s very much like Japanese music.
