As someone who always plays in Willow Creek, I have a tip for you Oshin: in the BFF's neighborhood there is a communal garden with trees and plants! So you don't spend with fruits all the time 😁

I love Liberty's makeover! I think it looks amazing! The more vanilla type gameplay is always refreshing! I LOOOOOVE my mods and cc but something about getting back to grass roots gameplay makes me happy!
Honestly Oshin, you have an incredible talent! You make vanilla gameplay look absolutely amazing!! Even with no reshade, your game is vibrant and full of life. Everything is so cozy. The death of your pc may have been a blessing in disguise because not only do you get to play with way less lag, you also get to appreciate all the things the non-modded game has to offer. We often miss out on so many in-game features because we're constantly focusing on mods instead. I'm excited to see where this new journey takes you🫶🏽✨

Spencer-Kim-Lewis is truly an underrated family in the game and they’re one of my favourites! I played as them once and fell in love with them. Also, the vibes in this save are so comfy and cozy! Willow Creek will always be my favourite world to live in because everything just feels so wholesome there. I love how the city isn’t dead and you can see many Sims walking by.

Thank you for sharing this. I had issues with my game and my original game files were corrupted in my PC, and I’ve never been able to get the game to run properly on my Mac. I lost a family I had been playing for SIX YEARS. I pretty much gave up, until I saw the latest pack. Now I think I want to get back in and tell a personal story, just for myself, for therapeutic reasons. Thank you for showing me ask is not lost and I can get back into the game.

I had to do the same thing. I play on console, so when the game was having the Error 001 it deleted my legacy file and I was in Gen 10 lol. But I just chucked it up and started over. And I loooove giving townies makeovers lol it's my favorite part
this was so wholesome and comforting, one of my favorite videos so far!!! Cheating the skills, the grocery stall being closed, fixing objects in build; so many little things that make this video more realistic as a simmer myself ❤️❤️☺️☺️🫶🏾
I’ve recently lost my mum so I’m adding all her sims to my ultimate save, wish willow creek wasn’t one of the only worlds with actual ‘streets’ of neighbours facing each other. I back up via external drive so highly recommend that incase you switch computer again. Totally agree about the annoying reaper event! X
I removed all my mods and cc in the past couple months, and I actually loving vanilla game. Sims improved aesthetics so much that some things looks like cc. After all those expansions we can finally build something nice lol 😂

So glad to see I am not the only one that feels my sim would not start out fresh with zero skills. I mean they probably helped their mom, granny cook, work with their dad on handiness or mom when growing up. I don't know if there is Home Ec in school but we can pretend. I like how you mentioned the lot challenges that does force you to order groceries I really do wish they would add a store component to the Sims. Love the park too and how you listed the creators of the lots in the bio section.
you can technically go to the store in chestnut ridge. they have that rabbit hole that pulls up a similar menu to shop from. as well as the market stands in henford and san myshuno
I’m also gonna have to restart over since I moved out of my family’s house so no more computer 😅. I do have a laptop right now but my motivation is at a 0! So happy you’re back tho and with a new cozy family ❤❤❤

Missed your gameplay Oshin. It’s hard starting over but sometimes necessary. After the update I had to enter rid of my entire mods folder (no matter what I updated, it couldn’t find the culprit of why my household wouldn’t open) and only have like five script mods and a few cc clothing items. No build/buy cc and that’s a challenge lol but I’m just happy to be able to play again and it’s smoother and lag free
I am sending positive vibes but I can’t lie about missing the new drama legacy challenge i honestly haven’t played my sims since everything happened to you. I know crazy right but I will get back playing soon and still play out the drama challenge
So excited for this! 🩵 I recently started a new short lifespan legacy. I didn’t want to make it “too perfect to play”, so I just jumped in and started with Salim Benali. Long story short - we just found out that he and Jade Rosa are having twins. 😅
I restarted everything and have played my sims majority cc free with only mods like UI and mcc. My game is so much smoother and easier to update the mods. I love just enjoying what the game already offers.

Lol! I still haven’t retrieved my hard drive. I am hopeful I can get them back, I just have yet to begin that process out of fear. 😵💫😅
If you can, I suggest getting an external drive and regularly backing up your Documents/Sims 4 folder to it. You never know when issues might arise.

So glad to see I am not the only one that feels my sim would not start out fresh with zero skills. I mean they probably helped their mom, granny cook, work with their dad on handiness or mom when growing up. I don't know if there is Home Ec in school but we can pretend. I like how you mentioned the lot challenges that does force you to order groceries I really do wish they would add a store component to the Sims. Love the park too and how you listed the creators of the lots in the bio section.

you can technically go to the store in chestnut ridge. they have that rabbit hole that pulls up a similar menu to shop from. as well as the market stands in henford and san myshuno

Missed your gameplay Oshin. It’s hard starting over but sometimes necessary. After the update I had to enter rid of my entire mods folder (no matter what I updated, it couldn’t find the culprit of why my household wouldn’t open) and only have like five script mods and a few cc clothing items. No build/buy cc and that’s a challenge lol but I’m just happy to be able to play again and it’s smoother and lag free
I am sending positive vibes but I can’t lie about missing the new drama legacy challenge i honestly haven’t played my sims since everything happened to you. I know crazy right but I will get back playing soon and still play out the drama challenge

I restarted everything and have played my sims majority cc free with only mods like UI and mcc. My game is so much smoother and easier to update the mods. I love just enjoying what the game already offers.
