- This morning was one of the best experiences that Lily and I have ever had.. We have always liked a good iced coffee or a good French pressed cup on a cold morning but this is a whole new level! Now I know why there is such a call for amazing coffees. Much like wine, the flavor profiles can spread far and wide. Making for an incredible flavor adventure that I didn’t know was possible. We can’t thank Kaylee and Jordan enough for taking the extra time and miles to come south a ways to visit with us. We would’ve met them anywhere to be able to hang out and we are so thrilled that they were able to spend Halloween with us and the next day catching up on the past 4.5+ years! See you soon!
A few side notes to get ahead of the trolls lol. The background noise was the roaster and the exhaust fan. Necessary evils in this one I’m afraid. The battery flavor that I (Jesse) was referring to was not the tingle or sharpness you get from a 9V but the metal taste when your tongue first touches a dead battery. I agree, it was much better described as orange peel and pineapple core by Jordan. That’s why he’s the pro. We’ll get there though. We need a trip to Panama for the proper training haha. Sadie and Jonah had a blast playing! Hopefully J&K have more on their channel.

This was such a…natural video about coffee!!! I love Jordan and Kaylee and follow them faithfully, but Jordan has to be told that this “real life” video has been so very informative about their coffee, the methods that are used and the roasting- and I love that you and your wife describe how each kind of coffee tastes to you - love the battery description! I am not even finished watching this video and a alrady know that i will watch it again so I can catch the tasting descriptions!!
Love that! This is exactly why we did it this way! We never get enough time with our friends, let alone their coffee. We figured you all felt the same. We plan to do more tastings/cuppings in the future so stay tuned! The batter description is actually pretty accurate however, in thinking about it for days on end since, it was the metallic on my tongue. Same as a pineapple core 😜

Nice! We’ve been following their channel for a long time. Yours popped up on our feed. We were interested in doing something similar, built out a van but then had a baby on the way. We decided to do rv life and have a small plot just outside show low. We used to live in Prescott but just came to help my mom move. We also have a channel we’ve been having fun making videos.
