…really like this work of yours Brings back fondest of memories • We had / operated for agri development a D6B of the early seventies One with ripper attachment, same blade configuration no turbo but direct start and drive as well I fell in Love with the D6’s and D7’s then The versatility and ease of operation of these is and power onto the blade and ripper was absolutely a mind blast ~ and one could see where you dozed, which helped stacks Thanks for showing and sharing Much appreciated Pity this one has shocking grasper plates…and some missing covers, plates Beste ex ZA‼️ Pse carry on with your work… 👊🔥 🪖
The 1960s D6C agricultural tractor has the disconnect switch under the seat. You had to remember to switch it off after a 12-hour day of rod weeding or plowing.
my '67 d6c ag version has the switch on the side of the seat between the seat and battery box. 99j with 10' toolbar blade, swing-arm tow bar, standard trans (5 speed + forward/reverse lever and clutch lever), no decel pedal or tilt pedal, dual hydraulic pump for blade and rear implement, and no ROPS. 50 gallon oil changes. Love it to death
Nice video. The 6c's that I have been on all had foot pedal tilt, also most of the master keys were down beside the seat on the ones I've seen. Thanks for Sharing Andrew.
I've just bought a D69U I can't see it pushing up a hill with blade up Was told different thing such it won't crawl what I hopec8s me doing wrong in driving it will go forward an back bo 8ssuecgyt jille engine in a turn .I'm Tom from Missouri an hope I am the problem and not it being junk
All D6c s were not power shift, my d6c s 17r series have a 6 speed,4 reverse, 74a and 99x series had the 5 speed like this tractor. 17r series were special design for farming. Master switch is on the seat base .
