Thanks for the videos! I really enjoy your content. I getting my license next week in Virginia. Where I live there's not much of a luxury market here. Average is about 250k. Do you think it would be better in the long run to move somewhere life Florida or California where the average home price is higher?

Congratulations on getting your license! Stay in Virginia. It's a beautiful place. I was born in Norfolk Virginia. Only move to Florida or California if you absolutely love those places. If I wasn't a Realtor in Beverly Hills, I would become a Realtor in Fort Lauderdale Florida. It's a great city with expensive waterfront homes.
