Long, long ago, in a land we call home, a fairly congenial Texan, W, ran for president on the “share a beer” theory of campaigns. His advisors, well, advised him to be the Texas good’ol’boy. If i were head of marketing, I’d find those advisors, and hire them. Bush won because Americans believed they could enjoy a friendly beer with the guy.
