It's even more impressive when you realize that Haruna keeps that same pace up for a full 90-120 minute show. Clocks pretty much use her to keep time. There's a great drum cam version of their song 'Raise Some Hell'.
You have, in my personal opinion, stumbled on one of the greatest metal bands ever. To me personally, they are the greatest metal band ever. I don't care about record sales or the US music industry, I know what my ears tell me. I started listening to metal in 1971 when I heard Zeppelin and have never turned back. Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades, and you jumped in the deep end with this. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background: They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet). Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing. In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. A lot of people may look at this band and thinks it's a cute gimmick, or even a manufactured group; just a bunch of cute girls playing metal in prom dresses. It's great seeing someone who's musically trained recognize and appreciate the true talent and countless practice hours it took each one of these ladies to master their craft. Speaking of that, Miyako, the dark haired guitarist playing the Dean, is a classically trained pianist from age 3. She can play multiple instruments including bass (at a slap level) and drums. Miyako didn't pick up guitar until she was 18 and she earned to play through an instructional book series. Two years later, she's in her 1st band and is the primary composer. Miyako is a phenomenal talent, along with everyone else of course.

Best thing to happen to Metal in decades and they are like this for an entire 2 hour set, LIVE they are the definition of Flawless Perfection.They can't be put in any one genre as they can play anything especially LIVE. The dark hair guitarist, Miyako was 3/4 months pregnant here and still went full tilt. She is also a classical trained pianist who picked up the guitar at 18 and self taught. The other monster Midori dropped out of college at 20 and took up guitar at a prestigious music school. While polar opposites in personalities, playing style and tones they blend together better than any other duo out there today. Petite women who wear their femininity proudly playing in dresses and heels while they melt you face and crush your brain. Fami who is another musical prodigy. Their songs are either epic or masterpieces there are no duds in their 60+ catalog.

LOVEBITES was formed in 2016 by Miho(Ba) and Haruna(Dr), members of the band "DESTROSE", which went on hiatus in 2015.
The girls made their major label debut in 2017 (March 24) with "THE LOVEBITES EP".
On 18 June 2018, LOVEBITES won 'BEST NEW BAND' at the Metal Hummer Golden Gods 2018 awards organised by the British metal magazine METAL HUMMER.
On 4 August, LOVEBITES performed on the W.E.T stage at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2018, one of the world's largest annual metal festivals in Germany, with the 10,000 capacity venue almost full.
"Bloodstack open air 2018(Aug. 10)" also participated.
On August 20,2018, LOVEBITES announced that it has partnered with X-ray Touring, one of the largest players in the UK booking agent industry.
LOVEBITES toured the Netherlands, Germany, France and UK from November 13-21, 2018.
Asami (Vo) of LOVEBITES appeared as a guest on stage at Halestorm "Download Japan 2019(March 21)", singing alongside "Lzzy" Hale on Halestorm's 'Love Bites', which gave the band their name.

Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades, and you jumped in the deep end with this. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background:
They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet).
Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing.
In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. They went on hiatus while they searched for a new bassist, and during that time, two of them had babies, even as the band were writing and rehearsing their new album. They recently announced the new bassist, Fami, who is a young phenom and herself a composer and multi-instrumentalist. The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and have created a sound that is fresh and cutting edge while paying tribute to the old masters. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance was that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining.
They do everything from soulful power ballads to heavy thrash. Almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. The two guitarists are quite different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel (though she can also shred like crazy). Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The contrast makes their duets rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band."

Miyako is also a virtuoso concert pianist, and was headed for a career in classical music, before picking up the guitar. A lot of people may look at this band and thinks it's a cute gimmick, or even a manufactured group; just a bunch of cute girls playing metal in prom dresses. It's great seeing someone who's musically trained recognize and appreciate the true talent and countless practice hours it took each one of these ladies to master their craft. Speaking of that, Miyako, the dark haired guitarist playing the Dean, is a classically trained pianist from age 3. She can play multiple instruments including bass (at a slap level) and drums. Miyako didn't pick up guitar until she was 18 and she earned to play through an instructional book series. Two years later, she's in her 1st band and is the primary composer. Miyako is a phenomenal talent, along with everyone else of course.

The band with so much insane talent many call it illegal or a monopoly. Best thing to happen to Metal in decades and they are like this for an entire 2 hour set, LIVE they are the definition of Flawless Perfection.They can't be put in any one genre as they can play anything especially LIVE. The dark hair guitarist, Miyako was 3/4 months pregnant here and still went full tilt. She is also a classical trained pianist who picked up the guitar at 18 and self taught. The other monster Midori dropped out of college at 20 and took up guitar at a prestigious music school. While polar opposites in personalities, playing style and tones they blend together better than any other duo out there today. Try Swan Song with the Chopin Etude intro LIVE to see how you blend classical piano and metal perfectly. Petite women who wear their femininity proudly playing in dresses and heels while they melt you face and crush your brain. Asami/vocal a 4' 10" stage general, Haruna the 4' 9" drummer who beats her kit to death during every show and Miho on bass who put this group together before she left in 2021, her replacement is a 20 y. o. Fami who is another musical prodigy. Their songs are either epic or masterpieces there are no duds in their 60+ catalog.
