Sucks we only got the Master system converter.
Royal Rumble wasn’t as good as Raw but it was decent. Master System will always be my comfort system. Turn that on and Im 7 years old again.
SMS is a really good console. I have a handful of games for mine.

I believe the gamers that finish a game before making an opinion...I wish sega had made an attachment for game gear games, I always thought that too. CAR VOLG OH YEAH!!!!👍
It's seems insane to me looking back that they nave made that attachment for the genesis
It seems like games are getting longer and longer these days, so I don’t know how even the most scrupulous gaming journalist writes an informed review of a game that takes 200+ hours to beat and they only have a week or two to play it and write their review.
Also, I would have LOVED a “Mega Game Gear” back in the day, it was weird that they didn’t do that when they literally made every other add-on to the Genesis. That could have definitely bolstered their GG game sales.

LOL, I don't watch Halloween movies...they are scary. I was thinking about making a video on NES games I discovered as an adult.
I watch a lot of stuff on The Escapist. Zero Punctuation and 3 Minute Reviews always seem spot on to me.
A super Game Gear would be problematic. While some of the hardware is shared between the Sega Genesis and Game Gear, the pass though on the pins would work with some, not all models. Additionally, the Game Gear does some different stuff with how it handles palettes. If they crammed the Game Gear hardware inside the cartridge (like Nintendo did with the Super Game Boy). It would probably be costly to produce--maybe not as much as the Game Gear itself since it has no screen or other components.
A Sega Game Gear attachment? Why not! They made all the other Genesis attachments lol. Seriously would have been pretty cool. Though I couldn't vouch for the quality of the game gear games.
I have alot of respect for Sega for their Genesis, Saturn, and Dreamcast. Sega, while not really topping Nintendo's quality, provided a different flavor of sorts with their exclusive content. You mentioned Contra Hard Corps. Its definitely a Conta game 100%, it also feels very different from Nintendos Contra offering and the same can be said of Ghouls and Ghost. The G&G on the Genesis I like better, but the point is they are both excellent in their own way. Thats the best way to look at Sega and Nintendo, they are excellent in their own way and makes it easy to see the value in both. I am totally more into Nintendo due to their top notch quality, though, I absolutely see the value in the difference between the two companies. I could write a small novel on each Sega System, but I'll just say what hurt them most where the decisions from the top heads that drove the company into the ground back in the day.
I think all the SEGA consoles were really good looking back. I only had Nintendo consoles until I got my first PlayStation when I was overseas.

It just seemed like something they should have done considering all of the other stuff they did lol. They made a master system attachment and a portable genesis.
They were trying to OutDo Nintendo. It makes sense they’re above a game gear attachment. Trust me I wasn’t ever cool because I had a game gear. Lol
@@OakCityGamersThat's not my impression of the Game Gear or even Lynx bitd. I remember kids being impressed by color screen gaming on the go. In the after school program, I remember kids shoulder-watching a Game Gear. There were a couple of other "cool kid" run-ins with the Game Gear. It wasn't a prevalent system, for sure.
