Mortel is kind of a high school show although it gets crazy. But the kids are supposedly high school age and a lot of it takes place at school
check out a mini-series called "Mixte".
There's a show called Osmosis which I absolutely love! Its about a brother and sister who make this chip that apparently connects you to your true love. Obviously there's loads of tech mishaps and there's sibling rivalry and the test subjects trying to find their love

French has lots of similarities between many languages I guess, I am Turkish and I didn't know that many of our words are French based or, how many we stole from French xd

About the TV series 'Chalet' I'm sure I hear you say 'chatelais', or 'chatelet' you then say it's a castle. 'Chalet' is from Swiss French and is the same as chalet in English, a small, often wooden single storey house often with an overhanging roof. it's not a castle! :-)
