If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

Lew's are solid for the price. Love the Tatula reels by Daiwa, both spinning and casting.

James Nichols horn worms are much more green and bright. This one also had different patterns, or maybe a weird pattern idk lol. I just know how green horn worms are because that’s what I feed my lizards😂
go to walmart and buy trilene big game, I bought a spool of like 900 yards of 15 pound mono for I think $7. Ive respooled many times and it has been pretty good

dick's has always been pretty good for getting fishing stuff and their own tackle brand, jawbone, is just as good as any name brand and their frogs are awesome

Spend 3 days in the wilderness and with a budget of 200$ you can only eat what you can catch but you can take water if you want. And I love your videos they are awesome

Pflueger and Okuma reels are my go to spinning reels. They are well made and the drag is great on them. I have bought 2 Okuma Stratus baitcaster haven't had a single problem with either one. Also I bought those bait caster at Dick's.

I work at tackle shops. Blowing my paychecks for 2 years now xD. All of the Lew's baitcasting reels that i have bought have been faulty. The mach crush and mach 2. Diawa and shimano reels are the way to go. St croix, favorite, g loomis, diawa rods are all treating me FANTASTIC.

Kaden Mcclintock zebco is good, but not good for professionals , I would definitely go with lews Because they are really smooth and they just work really good and they last for years and years.

This year I made my first actual fishing rod and reel purchase and spent more on fishing then I ever had. I’ve always just used second hand ugly stick or Shakespeare’s I’ve Bought in garage sales. I loved the rod I bought but my next one is going to be something similar to the lews pole you showed just because it looks way more durable then mine. I fish in lots of rocks and rough terrain so no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t keep it from getting banged up. The bottom of mine is starting to fall apart already so I had to wrap it up.

Lews Carbon Blue GT baitcast combo....think it's under a hundo and it is pretty good. I have way "better" combos but I usually use that one.

I got a Lew's Mach II baitcaster combo for $100 at Dick's when it was on sale and it's incredible. My only regret is not getting a second one. I highly recommend it if you can get it next time they have a sale. (originally $179) Also have a Mach Crush ($200) that has been great so far.
