How to save Adipurush:
1. Delay the film.
2. Convert it into 2 parts (pehli wali se tikhthak budget recover karne ke liye)
3. Reshoot the worst scenes of 1st part, this time with Practical effects. Take help from Red Chillies VFX. If necessary include more scenes because 3 hours mai puri Ramayan impossible hai
4. Improve the vfx of ok ok scene scenes of 1st part.
Release the 1st part of film. Most of the budget will recover from this. Now do the same for 2nd part, which will bring profit

Adipurush's shooting completed in Nov 2021. So the company's first project was Adipurush. Haggna toh almost guaranteed tha. Itne bade project mai unexperienced log kaam karenge toh yehi hoga

Best example could be Dune for the realistic cinematography, everything was shooted in different countries on real locations. Considering the OP cast crew of Dune, a big portion of budget would have gone for actors' fee.
