Hey everyone! Josh here with another OBS tutorial. this time I'm going to be showing you how to get the best Mixer streaming settings with an AMD graphics card for a low end PC and with a high end PC. This will be done in OBS Studio. Mixer is a streaming platform similar to Twitch but instead has a mode called FTL that let's you stream with only a 2-3 second delay!

Is worth to use my rx 480 8 gb for encode to stream? Because if i use my cpu ryzen 7 1700 i have drop fps in my games. I want at 1080p 60fps

Changing to AMD for encoding will put a strain on your GPU while gaming so you may see a decrease in performance if you do that. But it couldn't hurt to try.

It’s probably gonna be difficult for you to get a good stream. Your best bet is to update streamlabs here ( streamlabs.com/slobs/d/9015276 ) and then match your settings to the chart I made on my site: www.scrapyardfilms.com/streaming

Doesn't FPS also impact performance? You mentioned it depends on your upload speed. Yes it does. But I'd argue it also depends how good your hardware is.

yo im usingRadeonT RX 560X but for some reason i dont have another option in StreamLabs under encoder, only Softwarex264. I changed the settings for streamlabs to run from my AMD Radeon (TM) Vegas to my main for more performance, it helped but now i dont have the encoder option, also replay buffer is making me lose around 20FPS or more, any advice? appreciate any help you can give man, thanks

You should be able to have a pretty good stream with that hardware
I have a rx 580 gpu and im trying to streaming on a single pc. Only issue i have is that when streaming, the quality is grainy and not sharp
Rx580s are known to be grainy quality unfortunately. Nvidias nvenc encoder allows better quality.

I unfortunately do not have a video on this but if you were to match the recording settings with the streaming settings, you should be able to get a great recording out of it.

Usually that means that something isn't updated. I'd say you should try updating your OBS version and your graphics card drivers
Is the AMD Hardware Encoder good like the NVenc Encoder or is the NVenc Encoder better than the AMD Encoder?
Both are good and depend on your graphics card. Only thing is AMD is a little glitchy in OBS and sometimes disappears from a list of options

The Vega 56 is a good card but gaming AND recording at the same time isn't recommended. If you stream to RUclips Gaming, it saves a copy of your entire stream in the exact quality you streamed it in. You can just download it from there instead of recording and gaming at the same time.

its fix now!? if it dosent Right click on your volume in the task bar click open sound settings>Sound Control Panel>Communications Check "Do Nothing" Hit Apply it will be fixed! :)

5MBit or MB/s? if you only have 5MBit, then constant bitrate at 3800-4000 is he max I would go, also depending on your QoS from your Router. You can also stream in 60fps, you just have to higher your bitrate to achieve the same quality.

@@saibjavaid1408 pleas test again and you will see that it shows Mpbs which is Megabit per second and not Megabyte per second. So you only have 5MBit upload. 5MB upload would bei 50MBit upload.

I stream in 48fps all the time. Totally works and looks really close to 60. I also recommend trying out StreamElements here: p.strms.net/scrapd
It is better for streaming than regular OBS.
