That would be the easiest way in our experience. The brand should always have ownership of their own account. Then they should grant you access to manage their account.
Roofing service category segmentation question: A roofer client wants to focus on commercial roofing only with this ad type. How do you recommend segmenting roofing services for commercial & residential? Is segmentation possible with this and type?
I haven’t worked with this industry ever. My only suggestion would be to look at the service options provided within the settings to see if you can differentiate them. Only other suggestion I have would be to upload different images to showcase what type of work you do.

As long as the call fits within the type u set for the campaign, u are charged, regardles of whether the business converted that lead. If it falls outside of the case types you designated, you can dispute the call and get credits back on your account, but not actual money on your card. In terms of listening, LSA has its own platform that has each call recorded

Sorry. Not sure why this is happening. Haven't had that issue before. Might be a reason to contact support.
Your area may night be eligible for your service. I’ve seen this happen for clients before.

I believe so because the total ad spend from a local services account can still be found in your main Google Ads account.

Yep! The URL we give in the video where you sign up will have its own interface where you can track the main metrics as well as leads

If you accidentally create multiple MCC accounts.. how do you delete a duplicated MCC account.
We’ve had to work with support on that. They can remove one.
If i am an agency how do i let a customer put his own billing data in his account ?
Hi Giorgio, the easiest way is to can grant that user access to the account as a billing only contact so they can log in and do it. Hope that helps!

meaning google just charge for connecting customer to business whether it is closed or not but google do charge and consider it as lead. Right ?
