One of the most frightening aspects of the Christian life is that we can actually become apathetic about speaking to God! This isn’t about getting bored while talking to an economics professor, an old friend, or even your spouse-we have the privilege of talking to God through prayer, and yet most of us pray regularly without thinking about what we’re doing. I’m convinced that our relationships with God would be absolutely transformed if we all took the simple step of considering who God is.
Even though you’re just beginning this session, stop right now. Take a few minutes to actually consider who it is you’re talking to.

We are currently doing a bible study in our small group using Crazy love. Francis Chan has a passion for the Lord that most people only pray they can have !!!!!
Wow this is an eye-opener and so true! Sometimes you just get into a robotic routine in your prayer life and you realize that you are just praying rehearsed words and you're not even really thinking about Jesus or the fact that you are talking to Him.
Imaginary friends are way better imagined
Faith without works is dead my friend. It's about backing up your beliefs with such a strong love for Christ that His love permeates everything you do. Even the demons and satan believe in God. Don't deny one part of God for another. Mix action and belief. Work on looking to show God's love in everything you do.

Answer: 1st time before literal God in heaven (away from this body) would transcend all known words, & I can not explain what would happen) as even now on earth when entering His Presence through Prayer, Song, and His Spirit granting access through The Blood of Jesus, I am speechless at times, and lay prostate for quite some time, or just sit in Awe of His Righteousness.
2nd/ I would like to C my prayers change as approaching God as His Word declares Him "God is Love". I lack faith in this area

I read the blog, and it seems like its someone who is upset about Francis Chan saying about working to gain salvation. He mentioned on several sermons that faith without work is nothing. Please focus on your own life rather than judging on Francis Chan and today's ministries and stop telling others on who is demonic or not. Please consider "Romans 14:10-14" and "Matthew 7:1" From seeing how u claim these things, I can't see how u r a better and more faithful christian than Francis Chan.
memama2, Obviously you haven't read his book or participated in a bible study using crazy love as a guide. I will pray for you !!!!!
