WHICH theory about the JFK assassination? There are enough of them to fill the Library of Alexandria. Was he killed by the CIA who were angry over the Bay of Pigs? Was he killed by the Mafia because his brother had introduced strict reforms against organized crime? Was it done under Sam Giancana's order, after he supposedly rigged the he Illinois elections so that Kennedy would win, was upset now because of the tougher reforms (conspiracy theory within a conspiracy theory there)? Maybe you prefer the one Oliver Stone used, that the military-industrial complex was behind it, fearing the President would abandon South Vietnam to the communists, hurting their business. (Red Scare again!) Maybe the mastermind was Lyndon B. Johnson, who some thought feared would be dropped from the ticket in Kennedy's reelection; the Federal Reserve, who thought Executive Order 1110 was the beginning of a push to abolish them; the Cuban Exile community, who felt Kennedy had betrayed them at the Bay of Pigs (starting to see a trend here?); and on the flip side to that, Fidel Castro, who sought retaliation for constant attempts on his life. Or maybe you believe, as Oswald's widow does, that Kennedy was never the target at all, and that Oswald's true target was Texas Governor John Connally (who was also in the car) Oswald's motive being that he blamed Connally for being kicked out of the Marines. What I'm getting at, Isaac, is when you look at the whole mess as a whole, you realize they can't ALL be right. They conflict and contradict each other in several areas. They only agree on one thing: The Warren Report is a sham, and the government was lying. But to be frank, sometimes it seems like the Warren Report is the only account that makes sense.

It's interesting to note that we still don't know for certain who the real author of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion actually was. One of the most common theories is that it was a Russian journalist named Matvei Golovinski, who may have been an agent of the Imperial Russian secret service, Okhrana.
the book of "protocols of the Elders of Zion" doesn't actually exist(in that time), it was actually a lie most likely created by russian government to scapegoat the Jewish miniority in Russia, it is probably what inspired nazi ideology, it is so sad to see so much violence because people were ignorant enough just to believe a book written by a nobody. Then some conspiracy theorists just created a version to display the chore ideas of the theory
If you ask the believers: Moscow knew and was either in on it from the start or got bribed to keep quiet. Also the government (in their mind) spread false 'moon hoax' theories in order to discredit the true one. Btw, lots and lots of radio amateurs worldwide could have easily deteced that the signals did not come from the direction of the moon but either from Earth orbit or lower. So, the US had to have landed something on the moon and be it just a radio transmitter with audio and video tapes (or the contemporary equivalent thereof). But the 'true believers' tend to deny that anything manmade from Earth ever reached the moon (or even Earth orbit).
If they had evidence we faked the moon landing no force in heaven earth or hell would have stopped them from releasing it. They would have everything to gain and nothing to lose with it. Then there is the fact it would have taken more time, energy, money, and resources to fake the moon landing then to actually go there.

That's because research is almost impossible. If it was simply a case of research, there would not *be* any conspiracy theories. Since the birth of conspiracy "theorism", the massive effect of the internet, and the fact that such notions have infiltrated the very pinnacle of government, the truth is now expendable.... The truth is now whatever I want it to be and no logic or rationale will change that.

Ah the 60's drugs, psychedelia and the birth of some of the most insane conspiracy theories ever. What's not to like?
I may not believe in all the conspiracies out there but I do find them very interesting.
Conspiracy theories you mean, there's a big difference
A theory is graduation point of an idea. Until better evidence is discovered.
Just because you don't believe something doesn't mean it doesn't existOr isn't true

Well my whole house certainly BUSTED into fits of hysterical laughter at Gerald Posner's suggestion there was no credible evidence Princess Diana was murdered...from someone who believes Lee Harvey Oswald was the single soul assassin of President Kennedy!! 😂
Outside of Posner's mystical Neverland world where magic bullets suspend the laws of Newtonian physics, there's precious little evidence to suggest Mr. Oswald was even involved at all.
THANK YOU Ms. Mojo, we LOVE ya, girl, that's the best laugh we had in months!
There are some conspiracies that I do believe in like the lost cosmonauts and the JFK assassination.
Gotta admit that the lost cosmonauts is mostly plausible. I wouldn't believe anyone who said that they *know* it is true without having direct evidence to back it up.
But it's plausible enough.
JFK assassination is one of the very few conspiracy theories that makes sense.
You try telling me they got going to space right the first time. Lol sure

I heard this conspiracy theory in 1955. I was 8 years old. There's this guy who has invented a great substitute for gasoline. You take a couple of tabs of this guy's formula, throw em in your gas tank and fill it up with water. It works great, and its cheap! The oil companies have bought his formula and have it locked up in a safe. Because, you see, it can put them out of business.
I wouldn’t call Hitler escaping to Argentina a conspiracy theory. A lot of Nazis including his associates did escape to Argentina and lived their lives there. So saying Hitler did isn’t so far fetched.

It's interesting to note that we still don't know for certain who the real author of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion actually was. One of the most common theories is that it was a Russian journalist named Matvei Golovinski, who may have been an agent of the Imperial Russian secret service, Okhrana.
Because of this filthy disinformation lots of innocent souls have been killed. That's a great example of why some conspiracy theories are pure evil.
Da!
the book of "protocols of the Elders of Zion" doesn't actually exist(in that time), it was actually a lie most likely created by russian government to scapegoat the Jewish miniority in Russia, it is probably what inspired nazi ideology, it is so sad to see so much violence because people were ignorant enough just to believe a book written by a nobody. Then some conspiracy theorists just created a version to display the chore ideas of the theory

So, IF we didn't go to the Moon, why didn't Russia call us out on it then?
Because they know, along most of the rest of the world that it did happen, 6 times landing, 9 times in total.

I think it's funny how the people who tend to be the most confident in their points of view when it comes to conspiracy theories, whether it's for or against, usually don't do any research themselves and just adopt whatever position the news presents as the smart or more rational one.
That's because research is almost impossible. If it was simply a case of research, there would not *be* any conspiracy theories. The bottom line is that people have a preconceived conclusion and they will seek only confirmation of that, by researching in areas where they *know* they will find views that align with theirs own. Since the birth of conspiracy "theorism", the massive effect of the internet, and the fact that such notions have infiltrated the very pinnacle of government, the truth is now expendable.... The truth is now whatever I want it to be and no logic or rationale will change that.
