6 years later, the lifts here are still original with their rare coloured lanterns, M-line buttons and predoor! Maintenance has been handed back to Schindler too.
Each section has one lift for 2 units per floor, this applies to the tallest block too.
This is a different lift from the one I filmed in 2018, that was in block 137. This is in 133.
While blocks 131 and 137's residents have lift access to their doorstep, block 133's have to walk up or down.
Did not film the tower block (131) as the doors to the lobbies are locked, and there is security.
Technically all the lobbies have locked doors, but the ones to the short blocks are always left open.

The M-Series installations that had the most character was at the former Jurong Entertainment Centre. I always remember riding them, especially the larger ones, just to watch the rush of the doors closing.

In Australia, we don’t have many original Schindler M Series lifts

This variant is also another common type iirc?
But not as common as TX

Miconic Bs are just way too common...
    Compared to Miconic V.

      Miconic TX as well...
Honestly I like the Miconic TX-GC and V versions more ngl
