I saw this a few minutes after it was released and was a little critical about having maxed out toons, so I waited to comment on this video. SmithieD mentions some mod suggestions, and ability techniques, while not using an incredible mod set. After taking these things into consideration and applying them in subsequent phase one attempts, I've come to the conclusion that his advice is spot on, and this is some serious damage and a great run. Being a little ahead of it's time (because the maxed out abilities and gear), some people have been critical about what is shown in this video... but I say it's awesome, and a job well done. Go run this squad if you think it's easy to do. Thanks very much for another great video, SmithieD!
Haha yeah could of possibly beaten this score today on my account my final score was 8.7% but I messed up and didnt put forsight on my BB8 and he got taken out by the AOE but Nihilus has 6 turns left 😭😭😭
Xbox One. My fav char is Artoo aka R2-D2! This Droid is as resilient as Darth Maul when it comes to dancing with death. He even got a battle-ready upgrade during the Clone Wars and has fought alongside every key galactic hero including Padmé. He's Untouchable.
I've slowly watched this video twice now. Once prior to my 3 hour attempt, and once now a week later before my next attempt. How many attempts did it take to get this? Are you normally able to repeat at least a 5M run within a few attempts? And, I notice a few times that RNG was really on your side. DN attacked twice instead of 3 times, or he spread out his attacks using up foresight instead of just doing a double attack on a single character and killing BB8 for example. R2 survived way too long with red health. I will have another opportunity this evening to try again, and I hope RNG is less prominent than it appears in this run and my previous failed attempts.
Thanks for the tips but I'm curious - why keep calling R2D2 for assist with Rey? He doesn't do as much damage as Scav Rey or RT, and he doesn't call an extra attack like BB8.
How come Nihilus never attacks the same character twice? Thats incredible luck. Ive tried this houndreds of times and it always fails because he attacks a toon to get thru the foresight and then attacks again to kill him. In your battle Nihilus almost never attacks the same toon twice.

Nice video! It would be much better however if the author would show his mods, especially the speed of each character with mods. As this is test server footage the mod speeds could be god-like, which will make replication by actual players difficult.
THIS IS NOT THE HEROIC RAID. IF You watch the video the nihilus here only attacks twice per turn as per normal in the Tier 6 version of the raid. The Nihilus in the heroic version attacks 3 times per turn.
Smithie D Maybe on your test account it's heroic. But not on the live server... The footage your showing is from the tier 6 version of the raid. The damage is nowhere near equivalent on the live heroic version of the raid where nihilus takes 3 attacks per turn. BTW the 3 attack per turn thing kinda ruins the whole fore sight strategy when you get to tier 7. Good luck even getting close to 4m on a real server heroic raid with this team.

Sooooo, you’re basically using the same strategy everyone else is but getting more damage because you can max g12 RT on your test account. Get more than 6% on your main, then make a vid about it. Making a vid that shows that you get more damage if you max your toons adds nothing to the table.
I did close to 13mio pre nerf ruclips.net/video/DMeNl-otzkQ/видео.html. It's a German Guide though. It's still a higher percantage than SmithieD had ...
The mods he shows here are not that good. My main account has mods that are much better then this. My BB8 is almost 300 speed and my JTR has about 20 more speed and is running a crit damage set instead of speed. As someone stated, the only challenging thing about what he shows here is max g12 RT and Scav. If you are serious about p1 you should be getting those anyway.
Showing that its possible on your main account does not change what he is showing you. Thanks to his explanation i was able to do 9.8% in p1 and help my guild clear heroic
Wtf is your problem, he's just showing what can be accomplished. He's not bragging or showing off, he's just demonstrating how to use those characters for an effective heroic Sith run. Not everyone has a hidden or alterier agenda
At 13:00 minutes into the video you choose RT to assist Jrey. He hits DN getting himself Defense Down debuff. In his next turn WHILE he has defense down you use his special ability on a debuffed enemy. That way, in his next turn he should have his special ability on cooldown by 1 turn due to the fact that he was debuffed when he used it before and Jrey lead ability wouldnt decrease his cooldown by 1. That doesnt happen and his skill is actually NOT on cooldown as it should be. There are 3 possible reasons for that: 1) Im wrong 2) That is a glitch 3) you are cheating (editing the video)

That is awesome man!! Right now it is the record of most damage on heroic after nerf, this surpasses the previous 5.09M.

Only way to place Forsight to keep him alive from that Nihilus AOE

This is Heroic. The amount of damage would not get that % amount in normal as more HP on Nihilus
