Idk why but just suits it
This animation don't have a certain flow to it and comes off as random but I just go crazy with it and animate with the beat so yeah, others might find this pretty bad and overwhelming.
Wait he's supposed to be in his forties man the way you draw me kind of looks younger than that. I mean he don't look like he's a kid is just he look like he's his in his 20s at the most. But I can't really say that because I have seen 40 year olds that do look a lot younger than they actually are so I can't really say that.

Is that Pennywise is living under the name of Robert Gray, trying to live the life of a normal human not only to see what humans are like, but also to just live without feeling like a monster but can't control the urges of hunger that eventually drove him into insanity
But that's all I can guess from this video, I'm most likely wrong tbh
I get I'm answering this comment a year later but Robert Grey was a guy who joined the circus with 14 dollars in his pocket. He has a daughter named Kersh Grey. The Deadlights most likely killed both of them and The Deadlights took the form of Robert Grey as Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
